I had a regrettable experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it to others. Despite the sole advantage of a private swimming pool, the negatives far outweigh any positives. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, the place was dirty and infested with ants in the kitchen, the service was terrible, hot water was inconsistent, and one of the toilets had no water for half a day. Beware of potentially fake positive reviews aiming to boost the hotel’s image on platforms like Google.

Positives: The only redeeming feature of this hotel was the presence of a private swimming pool. It offered a convenient and secluded space for relaxation, allowing my family and me to enjoy some leisure time together.

Negatives: Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection was incredibly weak, making it nearly impossible to stay connected and perform basic online tasks. The overall cleanliness of the place was unacceptable, with noticeable dirt and a lack of proper maintenance throughout the property. The presence of ants in the kitchen was a significant hygiene concern that was not adequately addressed.

Furthermore, the service at the hotel was not adequate. The staff members were unhelpful, unresponsive, and failed to address our concerns or provide satisfactory assistance. From the moment we walked in there was a problem with everything. The advertised Villa and the one we stayed was totally different and misleading. The kitchen is infested with ants and very unhygienic, the showers were leaking outside the shower area and if we hadn't seen that water it could have been a slipping hazard as it wasn't just a few drops but almost a massive puddle. The swinging chair outside one sides main screw was loose and the cushion has gone a little old with black spots, as well as the picnic table was not stable and we weren't able to sit on it as we were scared that it was going to collapse. The place was just rundown and needs a upgrade so others aren't being fooled and get there moneys worth. When we complained to the staff that were helpful they advised us that the Villa's owner doesn't want to renovate the place so if thats the case the money he's taking from his customers is Haram and I would not...
