Room Room Hotel — Hotel in Sapanca

Acikcasi guzel bir pazarlama calismasi yapilmis sitelerdeki resimler super ancak icine girince gercekleri goruyorsunuz cok seyahat eden biri olarak son yillarda konakladigim en kotu hotel di hemde benim kaldigim oda bana soylediklerine gore king suit odaymis , recepsiyonda calisan arkadaslar yardimci olmaya calismalarina ragmen odadaki eksiklikleri gidermeye onlarinda gucu yetmedi dogal olarak , 12.30 da otele geldim girislerin 14.00 de oldugunu su anda musait oda olunmadigi bildirildi bu zaten yaziliydi bu neden ile 14.00 de geri donmek uzere hotelden ayrilip yakin yerlerde vakit gecirdik 14.00 geldigimizde ise oda henuz hazir degildi 14.30 hazir oldugu ifade edilerek odaya girdik , ancak turkce bilmeyen bir bayan tarafindan yapilan king suit oda da lavaboda cay lar , banyo da lekeli kirli havlular, yatak odalarinin dolaplari toz icinde , mutfakda bir su bardagi ve odadaki agir balik izgara kokusu ile odaya giris yaptik , maalesef odalarda telefon olmadigi icin yuruyerek resepsiyona giderek odadaki aksakliklari bildirdim ancak bazi odalarin restore edildigini kaldigimiz gibi odalarin henuz restore edilmedigi soylendi bende keske kendilerine restore edilmeyen odalara musteri almamalari gerektigini ifade ettim balkon kapisi kapanmiyordu onu yaptilar odada mutfak oldugundan bizden onceki misafirler sanirim balik izgara yaptiklari icin gir koku vardi onu oda spreyi ile kapattilar , dus ise hic calismiyordu musluk acildiginda tum borudan su akiyordu bu nedenle o gun dus yapamadik , yatak odasinin duvar kagitlari yirtikti , bunu misafirlerin cocuklarinin yirttigini henuz yaptiramadiklarini soylediler , yatagin bas kismi cikikti , resimlerde gorulen beyaz mobilyalar ise artik tamamen sararmis ve kirik dokuk durumdalar , kombiden akan su balkondaki kovada biriktiriliyor , daha birmedi havlular lekeli artik livme livme olmus durumda ise artik nasil temizlenmisse bir gun sonra yuz bolgemde alerjik bir durum olustu bu sadece banada olmadi esimde ayni sekilde rahatsizlik gecirdi , gelelim kahvaltiya ben kahvalti dahil fiyat odedim ilginc olan kahvalti otelde degil anlasmali sahilde bir cafe , araci olmayanlar nasil oraya gidecek onuda bilmiyorum o yuzden kalacak olanlarin zaten kahvalti dahil almalarina gerek yok kalktiklarinda arac varsa sahile gidip herhangi begendikleri bir cafede kahvaltilarini yapabilirler , zaten cantalar misafirler tarafindan tasinmaktadir bir daha kalirmisiniz derseniz cevabim asla diyecegim hotel yoneticilerine de sunu soylemek istiyorum keske 250-300 tl fazla kazanmayi dusunmek yerine restore edilmeyen odalara hic musteri alinmamasi gerekirdi cunku kalan kisilerin olumsuz dusunceleri inanin kazanacaklari 250-300 tl den daha onemli oldugunu dusunuyorum odalar restore edildikten sonra musteriye acilsin ben keyifle gecirmeyi hedefledigim haftasonu kabusu olarak gecti biran once dus yapma istegi ile ertesi gun hemen eve...

Every thing ||1- the staff was not helpfull , even the luggage i have to carry it my self from and to the villa ||2- the pool was dirty , when we call the manager he apolgize and promise to clean it and to give us the first night 50% dicount that will be paid at check out , which he refused at the end because they have to install extra airconditioner in the villa as it was too hot and too humid?!!!! he did not even have the courtesy to take to me directly , he asked one of the translators to till me his refusal and he did not answer his phone ||3-this villa has 3 bedrooms with only one bathroom somthing never been mentioned in the description and we do not expect , and you can imagin the situation ever morning for 6 people in the villa ||4- the bed sheets were old and some of them were even damaged and they neve bothered by changing them even when we complained about it ||5- in each bed thier were 4 pillows, only two of them had pillow sheets and they never botherd by covering the other pillows despite our calls and request ||6- the bathroom was another story , first night my son took a shower , then all the bath room was fluded with water from a leaking jakuzi , we called them immediately and the answer was we are sorry no maintenance at night ( it was 9 pm)  and we have to wait untill the morning , we draind the water using the towels to be able to use the bathroom at night, then next day evening they came and fix the leaking shower ! ||7- the bathrom always smiles like disgusting sewage, ||8- thier was 3 bed rooms in the villa , howerver only one bed room has air conditioner, we did not use the other 2 , as my kids slept on the couch in the living room beacause it aircontioned , after our complains, and on our thierd day of stay they install extra air conditioner athe stairway , to cool down part yhe first floor bedrooms, somthing helpd, but was too late and too lettle||8- the kitchen was dirty and the drawers full of spiders wibs, obviously never been clean for long time ||9- do not be fooled by the pictures in the web site , i will post the real ones ||9- half of our stay at day time no electricity , and no genrator in the hotel !!!!||فيلا سيئه و خدمة غاية في السوء |الادارة لا تتعامل بحرفية ابدا، اولا لا يوجد خدمة ، انت من تنقل شنطك من و الى الفله، مدير الفندق وعدنا بتخفيض ٥٠% من سعر اول ليله بسبب ان الكهرباء كانت مقطوعه و المسبح متسخ جدا، الامر الذي رفضه عند خروجنا بسبب انه وضع ثالث يوم في اقامتنا مكيف زيادة في الفلا بسبب الحر و الرطوبه الشديدة ||حمام وحد فقط في الفلا و لا يعمل بشكل جيد و رائحته مقززه جدا و فيه تسريب للماء ||مكيف واحد في غرفة نوم واحدة بقية الغرف لايوجد بها تكييف |انقطاع متكرر للكهرباء و لا يوجد مولدات في الفندق ||المسبح قذر جدا و مليء بطحالب خضراء و...

We came from Istanbul for a 1day gateway. The hotel has so nice decor, great location, average price, big rooms with kitchen (suite rooms), great staff (they speaks English), Wifi is good, balconies with a near away gardens & farm houses, near to the lake and the downtown and all restaurants ||The only down side, would be the street/high-way (not much at night tho). Also, breakfast place is in a near restaurant (3min by walking), not in house. TV, not too much English channels, only 1 ||Overall is recommended, might be expensive, but comparing with the other "fancy" resorts around, it's...
