We recently stayed at Kaya Palazzo Hotel in Belek, and overall, it was a wonderful experience that balanced comfort, luxury, and family-friendly service.
Location-wise, the hotel is ideal—just a short transfer from Antalya Airport, which is a big plus, especially with kids. The beach is only a few steps away from the main building (unlike many oversized resorts), with soft sand and clear water. Sunbeds are comfortable, towel service is stress-free, and beachside staff are attentive—special thanks to the waiter with curly hair, who was always there for us. The only downside was the lack of a proper beach lounge/bar area to unwind after a swim.
Check-in started a bit slow due to our early arrival, but the bellman helped us find our way and Violeta at the reception was truly outstanding—kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One issue we encountered was a misunderstanding about the “sea view” room, which turned out to be a partial view. The manager we dealt with (Mehmet) could have handled it with more care, but we chose to stay in the original room.
The room itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had a well-stocked minibar refilled daily. The bathroom was the highlight—beautiful, spotless, and perfect for families. The main bed was very comfortable, though the sofa bed wasn’t ideal and impacted sleep quality. Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioner functioned perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable.
Safety was outstanding. We felt completely at ease letting our children move around the hotel independently—it’s clear the staff takes guest safety seriously.
Walkability within the hotel was great. The property is beautifully designed with plenty of space to explore. There are shops both inside and nearby. One issue: limited toilet access near the pool and beach area. More facilities there would be appreciated.
Food & drinks were a major highlight. The hotel features several restaurants (steakhouse, Chinese, seafood, etc.), and although it wasn’t clear which were included in the package, the quality was great. The main buffet restaurant offered a wide variety, though not with daily international themes. Drinks were top-shelf—better than what we’ve experienced at other resorts. Huge compliments to Ramazan and Hysein at the main restaurant for their exceptional service.
The kids club started off a bit underwhelming, but once we figured out the schedule, it became a fantastic part of the experience. Activities improved, and the kids loved the festival and the energy of the staff.
The spa was another highlight—beautifully maintained, relaxing, and truly one of the best we’ve visited. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, including all indoor facilities and restrooms, which were spotless and well-equipped. The signature aroma throughout the hotel also added a touch of luxury—it smelled fresh and inviting everywhere we went.
Special mention to Rida, who made our entire stay truly unforgettable. Always present, helpful, and kind—he even arranged showers for us before our late flight, which was a lifesaver with small children. If there’s one reason we’d come back to Kaya Palazzo, it would be because of him. He deserves more than 5 stars.
And a thank you to Arda, who kindly helped us during our departure. His assistance was smooth and professional—he left us with a great final impression of the hotel.
In summary: Great service, amazing views, brilliant cocktails, a relaxing spa, and a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for families. A few areas could improve (sofa beds, clearer restaurant info, more restrooms by the beach), but overall, we had a fantastic time and would...
Read moreOur recent stay at Kayo Palazzo Hotel was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were taken aback by the breathtaking setting — the hotel is beautifully nestled along a stunning beachfront, surrounded by immaculate grounds and lush scenery that made every morning feel like waking up in paradise.
The hotel itself is pristine — every corner spotless, tastefully decorated, and exuding a sense of luxury and tranquility. The service was top class throughout our stay, and we were especially impressed with the personalized care we received from the guest experience team.
A heartfelt thank you to Taha and Rose, our dedicated guest experience assistants, who truly went above and beyond. Available via WhatsApp from 6 a.m. until midnight daily, they were always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Taha, in particular, felt like a real-life chatbot assistant — only better! Whether we needed extra water, beers, snacks, towels, or even pillows from the pillow menu, he had everything delivered to our room within minutes. He also assisted with information about the hotel’s entertainment schedule and even helped us arrange transport to Antalya market — always with a smile and lightning-fast efficiency.
Taha’s dedication and responsiveness elevated our experience and made everything seamless. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, and he nailed it.
The buffet food was absolutely fantastic — an incredible variety of dishes from every cuisine imaginable. There was something for everyone, from delicious grilled meats and fresh fish to an impressive range of vegetables and salads, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every meal felt like a new culinary experience.
The gym is excellent — modern, well-equipped, and fully air-conditioned, making it a pleasure to use. The spa facilities were another highlight of our stay. Access is complimentary for guests and includes a heated indoor pool, four jacuzzis, a fantastic steam room, and two saunas — everything you need to relax and unwind in complete comfort.
Another of the standout touches was the exceptional drinks service throughout the hotel. Whether we were in the lobby, enjoying the bar, or lounging by the pool, staff were always attentive and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything — at any time of day. A particularly fun and memorable feature was the rollerblade drink service by the pool, where staff glided around delivering drinks quickly and with a smile. It added a unique and energetic touch to the already impressive service.
We stayed in a Superior Swim-Up Room, which was absolutely beautiful — spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. It had everything we could possibly need and more, with direct access to a shared swim-up pool just outside our terrace. While the room itself was faultless and felt like a true luxury retreat, the only disappointment was that the pool was too cold to use, even in early May when the outside temperature reached 25°C. It was a shame, as the swim-up feature is such a highlight of these rooms, but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it. We found that all the outdoor pools were unfortunately too cold for us and we noticed people mostly avoided them. If the hotel were to consider heating the pools slightly during the shoulder seasons, it would truly perfect the experience and we would definitely return every year.
All in all, Kayo Palazzo Hotel is a remarkable destination — a beautiful setting, immaculate facilities, and world-class service that leaves a lasting impression. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing,...
Read moreGood hotel, but considering the cost and advertising I expected a little more. Considering the size of the hotel, the territory is quite small. The interior is pleasant and the territory is also nice, but very built up, there could be a little more space and big trees (for this a larger territory would be needed).
The service was good, there were quite a few very diligent waiters, but we also saw some sloppy waiters (orders were forgotten, etc.). The service in the a la carte restaurants was particularly good, but I guess the best waiters are also chosen there and there were always enough of them there.
The girls (assistants) who received us were very pleasant, but the information they shared was quite superficial and some things were also given wrong information. When handing over the room, they could have also explained to us the features of the room. For example, the fact that the curtains move with a motor and the small switch is located by the bed between the other switches and only on one side of the bed. It is clear that many customers have not found this switch, because the upper fastenings of the curtain had already been pulled apart.
The sun loungers on the beach are very good with thick mattresses, but considering the size of the hotel, there are too few of them. When we arrived at the beach at 8:00, 80% of the sun loungers were already reserved with towels. At 8:30, they were all reserved. At the same time, it was possible to find free sun loungers by the pool throughout the day. It seems that the shortage of sun loungers on the beach has been artificially created, because there would be room for additional sun loungers, but part of the beach has been made into a zone with paid sun loungers. This paid area was completely empty most of the time. Two sun loungers and a parasol on the paid beach area cost €80 per day. Beach bungalows cost an unrealistic amount - €500 per day.
The beach is a sandy beach with some small pebbles at the water's edge. It gets deep quite quickly, we have been to another hotel about 1 km away and there we could go much further before the water was over our heads.
Beach towels are only available from one place and on a couple of occasions they ran out and you had to wait quite a long time for new ones.
Several good pools, one of which was supposed to be with sea water, but it seemed to me that it wasn't because the water didn't taste salty.
We managed to visit the evening entertainment program twice and one of them was very good, but the other was weak. We did not take part in the daytime events. You can only find out about the entertainment program every morning. This is not good, because some evenings you would like to go somewhere else, but it would be good to choose an evening with a less interesting program.
Considering the hotel's orientation towards luxury, the SPA interior was too modest.
The room cleaning was not the best.
The hotel does not respond to emails. I had some clarifying questions before arrival and I repeatedly sent emails to the various addresses (which were on the reservation and which I also managed to find), but they were not answered.
If I were to give a very critical assessment, there are several things that could be better. For example, quite a lot of worn out places need to be repaired and in some places that have been repaired, the work has been done extremely sloppily.
Overall, a good hotel, but we expected a little more from a hotel where room prices start at €700 per night...
