Just on our last day here at the Belek X, we were apprehensive after reading some of the bad reviews but were very relieved to find that our experience here was excellent in every way. The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean, very well laid out and perfect for families or couples alike thanks to the split family/Adults only areas. Right from our arrival we were made to feel very welcome, Urjan the bell boy met us from our transfer and took charge of our bags immediately, he arranged drinks for us while we were booked in at reception and took our luggage round to the room for us, the room was a good size, well decorated, modern and was well cleaned, the swim up option completed the holiday experience and was worth every penny. My wife requested an orthopaedic pillow for her shoulders and it was there in the room before we even got back from reception. The room was cleaned daily and the minibar kept well stocked. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, there were always numerous cleaners beavering away in the hotels public areas all the time, we noticed a couple of occasions where drinks had been spilled and crisps dropped but they were onto it immediately and had it all cleaned up within a couple of minutes. The food was excellent, an enormous selection. We spent a week here and still never got the chance to taste everything, it was of an excellent quality and always fresh and hot when we went for our meals. Being a short walk from the land of legends was a real plus, the dolphin show in the theme park was fantastic to watch, as were the couple of entertainers before the show started, and the turtle water coaster is a must for any speed freaks, it was great fun. Belek centre was only a short bus ride away and for only a euro each way the bus was great value, lots of shops, bars and restaurants there if that is what you are looking for, not really my scene but still an enjoyable day out. The bar staff at the bars we frequented were great and had a laugh and a joke with us about my terrible Turkish (google inspired), but did seem to appreciate that I had made the effort to learn a few words, Lutfen (please) and tesekkur ederim (thank you), take nothing to memorise but speak volumes. it’s true not all of the staff spoke good English, but let’s not forget, we were in their country, should we not at least meet them half way. With the many free translator apps available for smart phones we had no problems whatsoever in communicating with anyone. If we had to single anyone out for special praise it would have to be Yasar at the reception bar, a lovely friendly lad who couldn’t do enough for us, and in the restaurant Ahmet who was an absolute star, he always made sure our plates were cleaned away the moment they were finished with, drinks were served within a couple of minutes of us sitting down and were topped up whenever they got low, he took care of us the whole week like a big brother. A great big thank you all at the Belek X for making our holiday a lovely and memorable experience Paddy and Allyson

I have just returned from a 4 night trip with my friend at the X Belek. We wished we could have stayed longer. From the start of our stay to the end, we experienced a great atmosphere with friendly staff. A young man called Metin was particularly helpful upon arrival. He showed us around and was very friendly. It set up the holiday on a good start. The staff I encountered were all friendly. Some didn't speak good English but that did not stop them being eager to assist even if it meant translating through Google translate. We managed to get an upgrade through Voyage Prive and enjoyed a Junior Suite with a jacuzzi in the room. This surpassed our expectations. The fridge was fully stocked with drinks and topped up every day. The bed was very comfortable and Aircon and Wi-Fi good. The food was tasty and good variety. At the Asian corner, I enjoyed the best noodles I've ever tasted and would recommend. Shout out to the chef who appreciated my thumbs up! Drinks, snacks, ice cream, water, slushies ALL were readily available throughout the day. I particularly enjoyed not having to get up early so I could make it to breakfast because they had an early breakfast time as well as a late breakfast time. Loved this! We had cocktails, some good, some not so much. The inside bar use quality well known alcohol brands whereas the outside bars around the pool areas did not. Nonetheless we enjoyed experimenting with different cocktails and bar staff were always friendly. We spend most of our time lounging around the adults pool area. If was quiet and relaxing and we didn't have to fight over sunbeds (although that could have been because it was not peak summer season yet). There is also a Starbucks for those who like that sort of thing. The server was sometimes a bit grumpy but that didnt dampen our experience. On one of the days we took the hotel shuttle to the beach. It was only 10 minutes away. At the beach there were enough loungers, food, drink etc. It was a pleasant surprise that we could access all this on our day out as part of the ALL INCLUSIVE experience. We also had good banter with Selman who gave us a discount on a Spa treatment. Zeynep worked her magic and got all my knots out. It was a lovely Spa experience. However, I would say that the side of the Spa where the pool area and sauna is, needs alot more work on aesthetics. The water and jacuzzi was also too cold. But the treatment side of the Spa was beautiful and relaxing. The evening entertainment were amazing with quality acts every night. So far this has been one of my best all inclusive experiences at a beautiful, new hotel with friendly staff. We would return again for sure.

PLEASE READ|This is a long and honest review of The X Belek hotel from the point of view of a young couple in their twenties. Everyone is entitled to their opinions!||After being pestered on 4 occasions to write a review and they even posted a review in my name on my phone and telling me what to write and what rating to put, I thought I would give a complete breakdown of this place. Don’t be fooled by all the 5 star reviews because most likely it was the staff telling them what to put. ||Me and my partner (22yo & 21yo) stayed here at the X Belek for 10 nights all inclusive. Upon booking this holiday we did what everyone does, reads reviews on it before booking and looking at social media posts. But after being here for 10 nights it wasn’t what we thought we had booked. We are writing this review based off our experience and our time spent here. ||When we first arrived the staff were very helpful and welcoming upon our arrival, we were given out room key/ wrist band and was given a brief rundown of the hotel and bits of key information. As we walked into our room, it was very clean and modern and the sachets of items you got complimentary was very helpful. (Sewing|Kit, cotton buds, shower caps, etc) The hotel says the Mini bar (fridge) will be restocked daily between the times of 9:00am - 4:00pm free of charge with two of every drink, this wasn’t untrue but there was a couple of days which this didn’t happen (not a huge problem). The view from our balcony looks over the adults only section of the hotel and a local market / shopping Center and the main road (we stayed in the “B” wing). The maids are very polite and always say hello or good morning as you walk past them, however there was more than a couple of times where the room was “cleaned” but was not done to a typical standard that we expected. There’s been more than one time where I’ve had to re line the bins, we are also not convinced the bedding had been changed throughout our stay, towels / bathmats missing when they had been changed, floor not swept or cleaned, bed not even being made correctly and used cups not being taken away and left on the side (there was only one mug). The main positive about the room was the AC. It was nice and cold and when the minibar was restocked that was a game changer late at night when you need a cold refreshing drink!|||Onto the Adults only section of the hotel. We found the adults only section to be the best option for us as it was a lot more peaceful and has the “Starbucks” poolside also. The pool didn’t really make much sense to us as it being an adults only section of the hotel, the pool was only 1.2m deep but the kids section of the pool being 1.4m deep? Again wasn’t a massive issue but was worth noting down as it wasn’t very enjoyable as you can’t really “cool off” or swim due to it being too shallow and with it being too shallow it warms up very fast in the heat. ||The “Starbucks” was okay at the best of times but is a cool addition to the hotel. It gets insanely busy, as you can imagine, in the morning. The line would be very long and then they would suddenly shut the Starbucks to “clean the coffee machines” for 30 minutes but I don’t think I’ve seen anyone cleaning the machines, unless they are self cleaning? It’s just when they want to go on break, which is totally fine and of course everyone is entitled to a break especially in the heat. But when you wait in line for a while and then get closer to the front and they shut the shop it’s quite frustrating. I would suggest that it would be a lot more transparent if they had set times for when it’s going to shut and clean and to let the barista go for a break that would a lot more better for people rather than waiting and being let down last minute. ||The “He&She” bar located in the adults only section. we found to be potentially the best place to get food and a drink. It’s an alternative if you don’t want to use the main restaurant for lunch and you can order off a set menu. Food came in a fair time but drinks sometimes came a bit late and they often only have 1 member of staff on the bar. Only main issue we had was the Cats when eating our food, was begging and constantly walking around your feet and even jumping on you. Staff didn’t really do much about the cats, the cats aren’t a major problem but when you are eating it seems a bit annoying that you have something on or around you constantly begging. Overall we found this bar/ restaurant was enjoyable and the quality of the food was quite good also. (The pizzas are great!)||The alcoholic drinks, there’s a good variety of drinks to choose from and all the alcohol is branded as far as I’m aware. Our first day we thought the drinks were amazing and the balance of the alcohol with the mixer was perfect but something must of shifted because they became un-drinkable because they were just so strong! Which for some people, they would like, but for us they wasn’t enjoyable and unfortunately got wasted a lot of the time. On one occasion I thought I would order a cocktail and suggest they don’t make it too strong, after my request he laughed and said no problem, tad bit embarrassing but I got my juice with a drop of vodka in it! Sometimes less is more!||The main Buffet restaurant. This place is a Free-for-all! It’s absolutely crazy, sometimes impossible to find a seat at times. Your best bet is to try and find a table first and if you are with someone else, take it in turns going up for food. The staff in the restaurant are very keen on taking your plates and half drunk drinks, as they all are in most all inclusive hotels. The quality of the food is ok, not awful not amazing just ok. The variety of the food hasn’t really changed in the 10 nights we’ve been here, only one section of the restaurant has changed every night but we got fed up very quickly with the food selection. Like I said the quality of the food is ok if you aren’t fussy (like me) but when you want a different dish to switch it up a little bit you aren’t able to. ||The staff. Suphi was so good to us, so polite and cheerful and made us some amazing cocktails on two occasions! The entertainment staff were nice also and weren’t pushy if you didn’t feel like joining in with activities. Certain excursions were also offered to us, where the information was very clear, with listed dates and prices. We didn’t feel at all forced into any of them. ||The Spa area was by far the best for us, Salim came to us by the pool and talked to us about the Turkish bath treatments. They sounded amazing and I’ve heard good things from people at home. We decided to go for it and we made no mistake by doing so! Was so relaxing and beneficial. We went for the “Tanning” option and paid around £65 each. Would 100% recommend! Salim was a really nice guy and always stopped and spoke with a smile on his face, Top guy!||Entertainment. The entertainment was good and we enjoyed it on most occasions but if you are staying 10 nights you will more than likely see the same acts again which you expect to when staying for that length of time. If it’s some sort of “party” it will go on until around 12am-1am and if your room is located in the stage’s direction you will hear it for the majority of the night. ||The location. It’s a hard one to really review but the location of this hotel is in the middle of nowhere it seems. Land of legends is a 15 minute walk or a 2-3 minute taxi away. The taxi costs around 500TL which equates to around £10 which was expensive in our eyes. Land of legends is good if you have never been but the food prices are sky high and so is everything else there but definitely worth a visit for the lights and the experience. Belek city centre is around 10 minutes in a taxi which will cost you around 25 euro for a taxi there and a taxi back (12.50 ish each way) not much in the city centre except from the clothing shops and what not. Quite a lot more expensive than the other cities I am told. We flew with Jet2 and there was excursions available and was able to book through them but if excursions aren’t your thing there isn’t much to do, no nice walks or local restaurants. ||The al a cartel’s food was good and service was very good and fast, food was hot and enjoyable and was well presented (we went for the Mediterranean restaurant) Again the wild cats being quite annoying with them being around your feet and begging and staff didn’t really seem to care or do anything to help. However, be aware that 2 of the 4 al a carte restaurants you have to pay for, whereupon they are not included as part of the all inclusive package, we found this quite misleading. ||The beach. The so called “Private” beach was not so private. We went to the beach to see what it would be like and to potentially spend the morning there but once we got there we barely even put our bags down before we was already queuing to go back. Once you get crammed into this tiny bus and after around 5 mins on the bus you are at the “private beach” you have to walk through a market with all fake gear to access the beach. When you get there you have a small section of sun-beds to choose from. We found the beach quite unpleasant and uncomfortable. However, there is access to all- inclusive food and drinks, which is good if you are planning to spend the day. ||Overall the hotel is clean and well presented but is definitely not what we was expecting. They are advertised as a 4.5 star hotel and In our eyes this was very biased as the hotel staff was telling each customer what to put, which we witnessed on multiple occasions during our stay. In our opinion, we didn’t get the 4.5 star treatment we paid for. We feel you could get a lot more for your money in a lot better location with more activity’s to do and places to visit. I would strongly suggest to take in other people’s reviews and base your decision off a wide variety of opinions before booking. Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews as in our experience, this isn’t always the customer...

We arrived quite late at night- 1am. Upon entry the receptionist was very polite with us. Giving us all the relevant info.

The hotel concierge were extremely welcoming and very polite. Explaining to us about the hotel has to offer. As we arrived on the Sunday,we wanted to go to the steak house, however because we left the following Sunday it would be closed to us as it only opens on that day. The Lady offered to increase our a la carte options from 1 restaurant to 3. Which we felt was very fair based on the circumstance.

They also offered us a WhatsApp group so we could contact them for any questions anytime. They also sent us lots of information about the hotel for entertainment both during the daytime and evening entertainment.

I want to give a massive thank you to both Nasrin and Medhi & Efe as they were all very professional, informative, kind and helpful. They made our holiday extra special. I would also say that both Nasrin an Medhi extended our check out time to 2pm as normally it would be 12pm which was very helpful. Efe also helped my partner with laundry service which normally has an extra fee but did not charge us anything for her dress that evening.

I also want to thank the Jet2 rep Halil who was very polite, helpful and give us lots of support for execusions.

The hotel itself is very clean, well looked after and offers a modern environment.

Our room upon arrival was very clean and tidy from the maids.

I have to also point out the restaurants the a la cartes we had. Italian, Seaford and Asian where exceptional. The sea bass was fantastic. If you go to the these restaurants you will find that the quality of food feels

The animation team were also all very good at what they did day and night for all guests not just ourselves. Shows are excellent. Especially the bike show!

The staff around the pool always kept tidy working hard and keeping the area safe.

The bar staff where exceptional. The X blue Imperial was a very nice cocktail. Please can I ask you put some sort of spray down in the bar. Everyday there were lots of bees inside the bar itself. And I felt really bad for your bar staff working.

I would also recommend the spa. The offer some fair prices across the board with many different types of treatments. Me and my partner had Turkish massage. Thank you for Selim & Isko.

The slides on the water park where all extremely fun. You would have a good few hours there everyday. I would just point out the pink slide is extremely fast with a vertical drop so just to be very careful and make sure you fold arms & legs. As you can get injured very easily.

The gym was very clean and open. Some good equipment. However the only thing it is missing is just some more plates for the machines and free weight exercises. Leg press machine need repairing as this was broken at the seat.

The staff in the restaurant where also very polite always coming round to offer drinks & checking if there was anything else needed. Aswell as making every table constantly tidy and clean after usage.

The evening entertainment I have to say was absolutely exceptional it had everything for all ages! But the Friday night with the DJ Mahmut Orhan was one of the highlights of the holiday phenomenal performance. He performed at tomorrowland 2025.

I would also recommend 1000% to visit Land of Legends it's literally a 20 minutes walk from the hotel and at 10pm every night they have a night show which is absolutely phenomenal and is free to watch as an additional activity for all the family.

X Belek has its own private beach which offers a shuttle bus every 40 minutes free for all guests at the hotel. You also get 50% of water sports activities. We managed to negotiate the prices down at the hut as some can be relatively pricey.

To summarise I would definitely recommend X belek to everyone if you are looking for a nice relaxing holiday but also for somewhere that offers alot entertainment. It was one of best holidays we have had in the last 10 years. Thank you for...

I am writing this review to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with multiple aspects of our recent stay at your hotel and the experiences we had with the tour services operating on your premises. What was expected to be a relaxing and well-organized holiday turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal due to a combination of misleading advertising, unprofessional conduct, and a general lack of accountability from both hotel and tour staff. Misleading Marketing The pictures of your hotel are highly misleading. They create the impression that the property is located directly on the beach, when in reality, the beach is a 20-minute drive away and only accessible via a hotel shuttle. This was a significant and disappointing surprise, and had we known this in advance, we may have chosen a different property. Limited Pool Hours We were also disappointed to discover that the hotel pool closes at 7 PM — far too early, especially for guests returning from tours who wish to unwind in the evening. This should be clearly communicated in your promotional materials. Unvetted and Dishonest Tour Agents It is extremely troubling that your hotel allows tour operators like "All Tours" to conduct business on-site without proper vetting. The agent we dealt with was dishonest and unprofessional — a clear con artist. We paid for a number of services which were either not delivered at all or delivered only after heated arguments and threats to involve the police and initiate a credit card dispute. Examples include: Being promised visits to three different attractions, but being taken to only one — a single store selling counterfeit branded goods, under the guise of a “huge shopping mall.” Booking a private driver for the full day, only to discover that the driver intended to do drop-offs only. We were charged significantly more than local taxi rates and had to threaten legal action before the tour agent agreed to fulfill part of what we had already paid for. Even then, midway through the tour, the agent attempted to demand extra payment for services that had already been agreed upon and paid for. The tour service tried to deceive us at every opportunity. It was shocking and disappointing, especially given that they operate under the roof of what is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. We trusted that all businesses operating on your premises would be held to a certain standard — they clearly are not. Hotel Reception and Customer Relations Indifference Throughout these issues, both your reception staff and customer relations team demonstrated little to no interest in assisting us. Their indifference only made matters worse and left us feeling completely unsupported. Room Availability Issue on Arrival Despite booking our stay two months in advance, we were informed upon arrival that our room was not available for the first night. We were forced to stay in a different room and repack the following day to move again. This is unacceptable and showed a lack of preparation and professionalism. In Summary: This experience has been far from what one would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. The deceptive advertising, the poor management of services on-site, and the unhelpful attitude of your staff have left us with a lasting negative impression. We strongly urge you to take immediate steps to: Review and revise your marketing materials to reflect the true nature of your facilities. Properly vet and monitor all tour agents operating on your premises. Provide better training and oversight for your customer service and reception teams.

We hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful change, as no guest deserves to experience what we did. —— Addition to the hotel reply: We never threatened to write a bad review and never asked for compensation during our stay , when we complained about the tour agent, they were NOT interested not compassionate. In fact , we have been asked many times to write a...
