Ramada by Wyndham Tire — Hotel in Tire

I already wrote the first part of my review in hotels.com. Here’s the second part: Continued: When I showed him the picture he said ‘Okay we will fix it tomorrow when you check out.’ I told him||that we are staying one more day, we won’t be checking out. His answer was: ‘Won’t you ever leave the hotel though?’ At this point I’m getting mad. I said ‘Just so you know, this is hazardous.’ And I told them we got one key and needed another key. Same guy told me that that’s how it’s supposed to be. I told him that on the contrary, it’s no way how it’s supposed to be. The receptionist gave us another key and gave a weird excuse, saying the housekeeping department must have been confused. ??? Anyways... rest of the staff was sweet, but the technician needs A LOT of training on how to treat customers and solve problems. His whole demeanor was in the wrong place. It’s a beautiful hotel, could make an amazing name for itself, but they need to train their staff. Lastly, the electrical cords hanging in the terrace is extremely hazardous. We've been to Tire before, and the choice of places to sleep used to be, to be polite, somewhat modest.||Until this lovely new hotel was opened. It is a very good hotel, and for us it was a pleasant surprise.The rooms are nice, newly built and very spacious.||The people at the reception speak good English, are very helpful and do that with a smile.And all this comes at a surprising low cost.||Breakfast was great. ||Lots of parking spaces near the entrance.||Not within walking distance to Tire center, but less than a 5...

I was in Tire to attend a meeting which was being held at Ramada, so I booked a room at the same hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel! The front desk was especially friendly and helpful.||The room itself was very clean and comfortable, just as expected as Ramada quality.
