My wife and I stayed 2 nights here on our honeymoon and we were in a tour group of about 30 people. The first night and possibly the second night, we were the only group in house.||||The first night, we had dinner at the hotel and the food was decent. A couple of old ladies would appear every once in a while and stand behind the buffet line with their arms crossed, not really friendly looking if you ask me. Not really a problem however, after being on the road for about 9 hours from Pamukkale to Cappadocia, the hot but not necessarily tasty food was a welcome.||||After dinner, we went into the room. It's definitely a one of a kind, its a cave hotel after all. The room was clean, and that was about it. The temperature in Cappadocia when we were there was about 4 degrees max during the day and during the night we heard it went down to the negatives. What I'm trying to say is, its pretty cold. The shower was just warm at best. Room had no heater or least, it didn't work properly. We were freezing. Reception told us that the heating is centralised. I doubt it because in our group, some complained that their rooms were too hot and others no heating at all.||||The next day breakfast was ok, not much of a variety and dinner was the same as the first night. Then things got even worse. The shower water wasn't even warm any more, it was just icy cold and the room heater, like the first night, didn't work. Good thing we tried the Turkish bath at a nearby hotel, so we didn't need to take a shower.||||When you go in the room, you definitely get the "wow" factor but that's it. Its too cold and uncomfortable. All you want to do is get under the covers, even that was uncomfortable as they joined 2 single beds to make...

Read moreIt is a hotel a bit far away from the main landscapes, it is located at the upper level of a small hill, the downside of it was a small local village, sometimes you could see a sheepherder leading sheeps passing through the hotel entrance, and the hotel was not a closing area, but I didn't see any non-hotel guests entered into the hotel area, and I think the security issue was not an issue for me, because when I arrived the hotel, the people I met and the atmosphere I felt were so good. I am a guy from a crowd and noisy city, this hotel did bring me into silence and let me feel peaceful.||||This is not really a cave hotel, some of the rooms, they were not really built in a cave, but part of them or just try to simulate the cave living environment. The room was big enough, not much amenities, free wifi, I could say this hotel is about a three stars hotel if taking city's standard, because there's only a small pool, one restaurant, one spa and nothing else. Nevertheless, the experience would be a five star for those who like me, from a crowd and noisy place, the scenery was great you can see...
