Ramada by Wyndham Yalova — Hotel in Yalova Merkez

Hello everyone, Good morning, good evening, & good night. Depending on the time you are reading this. First of all, I’ll try to make the story as short as possible. Once upon a time, there was a family that came after a very long and exhausting trip seeking their own refuge and a place were they were hoping to feel relaxed and enjoyed at. However, and as fairytales are different than realities (sadly), they were meet with many obstacles. One, the guardians of the place were so rude and awful with their treatment, most of them didn’t even speak English. Two, and most importantly, FOCUS!. They were meet with three people that were responsible with the cleanness of the place. These people were always frowning and had bad attitude, but of course thats not the end of the story. One of those three people stole a valuable amount of money from the family and kept denying it until the truth finally surfaced and one of those people was caught. BE CAREFUL OF LEAVING ANY VALUABLE ITEMS LIKE CASH…etc while leaving the room. The place is old and expect the rooms to be very small. The breakfast lacks the diversity and is not as hoped, and expect the people serving you to be rude as it appears to be a normal thing there. The only positive thing I can think of is the location. Sadly, the experience was bad. It’s not a palace or a dungeon but somewhere in between. THE END

1. clean

2. calm

3. luxury

4. at the round street that makes you easily get into the road and meet people in Yalova without getting lost

5. employees are gentle and welcoming

Disadvantages:

1. no swimming pool

2. beside a gasoline station

Reluctantly have to give this hotel 2 stars despite various positives. We booked 2 deluxe rooms for 1 night. The hotel quality is great, it’s clean, and the breakfast is good. Unfortunately, one of the rooms did not have working AC. After phoning reception 3 times they attempted to fix it to no avail. I then went downstairs to reception at 1am and they insisted it will work at which point I argued that it hasn’t worked all day and it certainly will not work now. They then moved our room 2 doors down. That room also did not have working AC at which point I gave up. On top of that, the room we were originally in, and the room we were moved to, were not deluxe rooms. The other room we booked for our parents had working AC and was a deluxe room. Unfortunately, the AC was centrally turned off for that room at 6am. All in all a good hotel let down significantly by their AC issues in peak July summer weather. It was a...
