The hotel is disappointing! 1. Only one available restaurant in the hotel is open at a time for some reasons (the rest is closed). 2. booked a group boat trip in the second day, but got cancelled due to not enough people signing up!! (We managed to go to the trip today, based on their convenience) 3. wanted to go to the main island to get some stuff, (given the hotel has no groceries, no jet skis, no different food as mentioned above! They told me to go we have a 7 and 8 am boat that can take you to the main island, or we can take you there after that but pay $800!! 4. booked a jet ski through a third party (but through the hotel activity center) at 4pm, they took us in a staff boat to the main island (with out telling us that this is the transportation!!) the boat was full of 13 labour men and me and my wife (with my wife wearing a beach cloth) had to take my shirt off and give to her !! I have a video of the boat ride (disaster).. and the manager (cherly) gives me an excuse that the the activity center lady was wrong and that she did not know about this and started giving excuses and excuses!! I told her stop giving excuses, so she was I am sorry for this as it should never happened!! But end of the day it did happen!! 5. for the price of the hotel most of their bikes are old and not maintained!! While riding the bike it broke and I fell! 6. some of the activities are not available due to low season I think! 7. Rooms were not renovated for the price of the hotel. 8. Even though I booked an ocean view room, they gave me a non ocean view then they upgraded me to a suite (still no sea view) the view is a mediocre garden view! After having a shitty argument (they said they changed the name of the ocean view king room) to avoid confusion. As a compensation they upgraded me to an even bigger room with sea view finally after back and forth discussion. But then they charged me for it and after another art they waved the charge!! Of course it’s not all bad, the spa is amazing the staff are very nice, the beach is beautiful. But will never recommend the hotel based on my experience. This was a bad start for my honeymoon, they have zero consideration for my occasion. I went to Aman hotel after that (Wooow, what a great client service and great treatment)

We just love this place! Beach is epic....probably one of the best beaches in within 10-hour flight from the USA. We traveled to a bunch of places, and the beach is our specialty. Calm, warm and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean, very mindful, the room is cleaned twice per day and water is given as well twice per day. Everything is wooden very Bali inspired, very calming, the bathroom is super nice! BUT don't expect bold luxury like some resorts. Don't expect in your face luxury. The service is beyond epic. We went to so many 5 star places and this place is epic, 5 stars truly, I would even say 7 stars. Every single person that works here, smiles, cares, works super hard and it's hand-picked. Miroslav is outstanding, James in the kitchen is A+, Minas is A+ guy that makes sure your stay is A+. Hotel manager Jordi is nice and makes sure everything is running smoothly. Kevin overseas COMO and makes sure that quality is put in place, just great! Food...OMG, food is IDK best food I ever had, not even sure how can they cook so good. Lotus is A+ Asian inspired place, bar drinks are great, a Mediterranean place is great as well. Best food ever guys.Ade Kurniawan MAKES BEST FOOD A+ Kids: I was surprised we brought our kids and they had a blast! We saw maybe 15 kids here, we were here for Memorial day 5 days. Water activities: Epic! Aldo is so nice, he really made our stay amazing. You will be able to sail with him. Price: Yes I guess you can always say, this and that...but I would say accurate price for this amount of work! A+ Overall we will be back for sure, ASAP!

My husband and I stayed at COMO Parrot Cay to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary in May 2024. To say it was a five star experience would be an understatement. It exceeded our expectations, which were high to begin with. We stayed in a beachfront villa with a walkout to our own private beach area, and infinity plunge pool. The room and amenities were to die for, the resort was quiet and so relaxing. The staff and management are the most professional I have ever experienced in my life, they waited on us hand and foot. The food is excellent. The guests were lovely. It's a perfect place to do nothing, or to do anything (tennis, spa was fabulous, bike rides, water sports, walks on the beach, movie nights in their theater room, excursions, conching, etc.) I cried when we left. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to come back, highly recommend!

As someone who has traveled extensively, I had high expectations for this resort given its price tag of over $2,000 per night. Unfortunately, while it has some bright spots, this property falls far short of the luxury it promises. What once might have been a 5-star paradise is now a tired, outdated shell in desperate need of a full renovation.||Pros|| • Beautiful ocean: The natural surroundings are stunning, offering picture-perfect views.| • Heated family pool: The family pool is warm and inviting, though the adult pool isn’t heated.| • Friendly staff: The staff were a highlight of our stay. They were attentive, remembered us, and went above and beyond to salvage what could’ve been a disastrous experience.| • Thoughtful touches: Complimentary sunscreen by the pool, a beach bag in the room, nightly maid gifts, and a stellar deep tissue massage added some luxury to the stay.| • Convenience of gift shops: Having two on-site gift shops was a nice touch.||Cons|| • Outdated facilities: The entire property is rundown. Poolside cushions are ripped, the family pool is old, and the wood accents are poorly maintained (often just painted over rather than properly restored). Rooms and walkways are in dire need of updates.| • Limited dining options: Only one restaurant is open each night, and while they try to accommodate dietary preferences, the limited choices and reliance on room service are not ideal for a luxury resort.| • Poor landscaping: The grounds are unkempt, with overgrown weeds and no vibrant flowers. It feels neglected rather than lush.| • Cumbersome arrival process: Getting to the resort is a headache—over an hour and a half involving customs, taxis, boats, and golf carts. It’s exhausting and not at all streamlined.| • Pricey food and drinks: The resort charges exorbitant rates for food and beverages, adding to the frustration.| • Lack of soundproofing: Expect to hear your neighbors and operational noise from surrounding areas.| • Disappointing views: The advertised “ocean view” was underwhelming— it’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and you can barely see the ocean over the canopy of the trees, save your money and go for a garden view instead.| • Bugs: The property is swarming with flies, and I left covered in itchy bites. This is unacceptable for a high-end resort.| • Accessibility issues: The long walks to the pool and beach are not suitable for guests with mobility challenges.| • Basic toiletries: The refillable shampoo and conditioner dispensers felt cheap and unsanitary for a resort at this price point.||Final Thoughts||While the staff’s excellent service and a few thoughtful amenities kept this from being a total disaster, the overall experience was hugely disappointing. This resort is far from its former glory and doesn’t justify its exorbitant rates. Until significant renovations are made, I can’t recommend this property for anyone seeking a true...

Absolutely adored our stay here, our only regret was not spending the whole 10 days of our trip here! The beach is stunning, my 1.5 year old son loved the massive family pool and the remote location meant it felt a lot like being in the Maldives (compared to other hotels in T&C on the busy Grace Bay strip). The food was also fantastic - I was worried we would get sick of it after 5 days with no other dining options but we didn’t, it was much better than any of the restaurants we ate at in Provo earlier in our trip. The Asian meals in particular were a highlight. The biggest draw by far however was the staff, particularly all the staff in the restaurants. They were all so lovely, friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to entertain our son - even happily carrying him around at mealtimes when he got restless so we could eat our food! Many of them came from Bali or other parts of Asia and had worked in other Como hotels, and the level of service is miles above any other five star hotel I’ve stayed at in the Caribbean (and I’ve stayed at three others in T&C and many more on other islands), so Como has made a great decision in deciding to transfer staff from their Asian hotels. It made me miss living in Asia with easy access to the other Como hotels! We have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world, and it’s rare that we would choose to return to a hotel purely because of the staff (we are not the kind of people that love to interact with staff or other guests all day long when on holiday!) but in this case we definitely would. ||As some others have mentioned, the rooms are not particularly fancy (considering the high price point) though I would say that is common in T&C, and we found them comfortable and well equipped, and spent most of our time at the pool or beach anyway. Would love to return and stay at a beach villa one day,|If I come into some more money! My one small complaint would be the activities centre - the girls working there were not super helpful or forthcoming with information and the mangroves tour we didn’t wasn’t great - really old SUP equipment and didn’t see much as we apparently went at the wrong time of day, but we weren’t informed of good/bad times to do it.||All in all, we loved our stay here and are still talking about how amazing the trip was several weeks on. I hope we can...
