From start to finish, our stay here was unforgettable. The journey down the muddy, bumpy road to the hotel added an exciting and adventurous touch, making our arrival all the more intriguing. Also, loved all the children yelling hello as we arrived down the road. Please do not give children money or candy - it is not helpful for sustainability. ||The rooms truly capture the essence of a Uganda safari experience. They are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with separate bathtubs that are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The super hot water was a welcome comfort, and I was impressed by the eco-friendly practices incorporated into the property—it's great to see sustainability prioritized without compromising on comfort. The WIFI was good too at the common area.||The views were breathtaking. From the balcony, you can look out over the expansive savannah, and we were lucky enough to spot elephants roaming below. It was a surreal experience to wake up to such incredible scenery each morning.||The rooms were spotless, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and well-prepared. All this, combined with the great price-to-value ratio, makes this accommodation an outstanding choice.||The lodge really was the perfect blend of comfort, natural beauty, and safari excitement. We are fit, so did not mind the walk down some stairs to the bungalows. However, the stones can...

We enjoyed three nights at this lodge. Our room was clean, comfortable and scenic. The bed and pillows were the best of our three lodge stays. The common area - in the main building at the top of the hill - is great for lounging, reading, and looking at the many game drive photos taken on your morning or evening drive. The views of the rift valley from all buildings are fabulous! |The clean pool is a nice treat in between game drives and the view from the pool is awesome. |Meals were very good and the staff were the kindest and most hospitable. Charity and Monica were amazingly helpful and accommodating.|We would stay here again but agree with other reviewers that you need to be able bodied and aware that the stairs are many and somewhat uneven. You do get used to the stairs but I am so glad we had a torch/flashlight in the evening for navigating the stairs. The views are worth it as there is a view from every angle of this property.|The lodge is about 30 minutes drive to QE National Park through a few communities which we enjoyed and felt they gave us a fuller glimpse into local life.|Wifi is only available in the common area and electricity is intermittent but it is usually on at night from...

Go only for the view. Pros : The views were great. Food was good Staff were really accommodating Cons: The rooms are pretty far off from the reception. It’s about 100 steps from the reception which is very tiring. If you’ve issues with altitude or knee problem this is not the place you wanna choose. The room that was given to us initially had a lot of steps to go down and up for the same reason we asked them to shift us to a closer room which was definitely again 70-80 steps. The room was not clean We asked them to shift our luggage and gave them enough time as we headed to our game drive. We got back to untidy room which had a lot of insects and mosquitoes and we were the only guests.

This place was so beautiful. I immediately felt at peace. The views, the rooms, the flowers, the pool, etc. Everything was beautiful. Most of the rooms overlook Queen Elizabeth national park so you might catch a glimpse of some elephants if you're lucky. The rooms are so comfortable and beautifully designed. To be honest, I never wanted to leave. This is a place you can go back to more than once. It favors both local tourists and foreigners. It is worth the money.
