Attended a conference here and, clearly, there are two levels of accommodations. Those that were in the main building had balconies, views, some a/c and some hot water. Those of us in the upper building (Block 11) had no hot water, open windows in the bathroom (no screen), the hand-held shower had a leak in the hose that shot water across the room. Shower curtain didn't even reach the bottom of the shower pan. We were only given one towel and had flooded floors every day. Lighting is terrible. Some folks became sick when the restaurant did not properly maintain temperatures on hot food, then re-served some food the following day. The wifi was spotty, and they actually ran out of data and shut it down for two days. The supermarket is not "on property" as you have to walk down hill. In fact, the property is very hilly, and most definitely, not accessible for folks with mobility issues. This hotel has seen better days, and I suspect it will not be in business...

Ants and spiders all over my bed and sink, no hot water as promised, lights not working, outlet not working, old dirty floors and walls, paper think walls- could hear loud music from the lobby played by the reception until 1:15 am. Asked to change rooms and the one they showed me was even worse- super dirty carpet and walls. No soap or shampoo, mosquito net above bed doesn’t even fit around bed, there was a super weird terrace outside my window/glass door) where anyone could go (so they could be right up next to my room- didn’t feel safe), super old tv and only one channel worked, no instructions how to call lobby or other rooms. Bathroom looks like a prison cell- totally disgusting. Power went out. I will be changing hotels in the morning and shocked that this hotel is even...
Read moreFirst the good news. The A/C worked, and the bed was comfortable. However ... my first night I had no water at all. Apparently it was shut off. I was promised I'd have water within 30 minutes; 75 minutes later I followed up and gave up for the night. Breakfast was requested at 8:00 AM, and I finally received it at 9:00. We hosted a meeting there, and we ordered lunch at 12:15, and it took 2 hours to arrive. Oh, and I did mention the bat that flew into my room one evening?! I'd warn travelers to stay away...
