Malakai Eco Lodge is a picturesque getaway, hidden in the valleys of Kitende. My wife and I were looking for a nice place for our honeymoon, and definitely weren't disappointed with the beauty. Its charm is undeniable. Creatively intertwined with nature, the botanical lodges definitely stole our hearts. Absolutely relaxing, warm, and well lit rooms. Every little detail well thought out. Beautiful awning windows.||||The meals are also really great, but for our entire stay, almost nothing was done on time. We checked in hours after we had arrived. Almost all our meals were delayed by more than an hour, except for breakfast. The customer care is great, but almost every request, we had to wait very long. Upside is, the late check-in was compensated by a late checkout. ||||Other than that, the pricing is fair. And if you're one to love photos, this place has got you covered. I'd rate five star if it weren't for the lack of...

Nightmare! The service is TERRIBLE! It took me 45 minutes after arriving before the members of staff present could help me check into my room. After checking into the room, it took an additional hour for someone to help me with a fallen curtain rod, even after speaking to the manager close to four times. When electricity when, I sat in darkness for 20 minutes. I had to leave the room and go and speak to the staff before the room was connected to the backup power source. The itinerary in the room says breakfast is served between 7:30 and 10:00am but wasn’t served till after 9:00am. Trying to have a hot shower or bath is an extreme sport as well. I had the worst experience here and wouldn’t recommend. Ps: If you still decide to go, ask if they have any functions. I couldn’t sleep till midnight because of the loud music from an event that was...

It's a very nice place located in Kampala Entebbe road. Many people don't know this place, but it's worth going there. We visited the place as a day visitor. The place is very well maintained with a great experience to close to nature. They have created an artificial water canal inside the premises which adds on value to the place. The canal needs some improvisation in water quality and water flow. The service, interiors, sit out place and rooms were really very good. We wanted to stay at the place in coming Christmas, so checked the rooms. Unfortunately the rooms we were looking for were already booked on the dates. The interior and concept of each room is different which makes sense for visitors to stay multiple times with a different experience. I will recommend this place to stay as well as for day visit.

The most rustic scenic, romantic, serene ecofriendly quiet beautiful place. Had a very amazing experience 👌🏼 The Mexican Tawa and Chicken on skewers were perfectly done and served! The ambience was spectacular… the cake was delicious and the staff were amazing. Thanks to Gift who worked on us in the most professional way. Highly recommended hideout for solo hangouts, groups, family, couples etc Perfect for both short and long staycations Located in a secure place and easily accessible closest to Entebbe road. Kind regards and thank you 🙏🏾
