Prunus Hotel — Hotel in Fort Portal City

Walkable distance from the main road and if one is not in a hurry, the town/city is not very far. Its about a 5 - 10 minutes walk and 2 minutes drive.

I slept in 306 The room was neat and fairly clean. House keeping could emphasize more on doing detail cleaning in the bathroom. Cable TV has 2 channels. A safe is in place to keep your valuables. Heated water in the showers. Warm and comfortable beds with white bedsheets. A wide balcony with a table facing the petrol station nearby.

Its affordable and serves you breakfast.

Parking is available for those with cars. The 1st to park is the last to get out.

Customer service could be improved...

Very helpful staff, good prices,clean but the water heater I'm my room did not heat the water was cold and the laundry prices are abit high. I left my clothes at the hotel but they said they can't help me send them unless i find ways of getting them my self which is hard because i was just a tourist and it was my first time in fort and i don't know when or if i will ever go back there.o ther than that, it is a good...

Amazing Hotel, Top Service, Sparkling Clean.......! The hotel is in a great location at the heart of Fort Portal. I especially enjoyed breakfast which was mouth watering and served at the comfort of my room. The rooms are also spacious and with fast internet connection.
