Just ok for some reasons. Bathroom has a bath but it is unusable. Water pressure is very poor, thus it takes long to have a shower and I think it would be impossible to take a bath. The bathroom has broken tiles and holes and all feels lacking maintenance. Although cleaning is good. The bathroom is a very good size and the toilet flushes well. The windows do not have a net, so bugs come in atracted by the light. The bed is towards the hard side, it is not memory foam. There are only two hangers for clothes and a drawer. The wifi is good as it is also available in the bedroom. The water coming out from the tap at the bathroom sink needs to be let out for about a minute so clean fresh water odourless can come out. They have a problem in the piping that the first water coming out stinks to rust, like if it was contained in a copper container that is rusted. The room had a balcony looking at the central garden of the hotel i did not use it because I was there just to sleep and went early for work. But its appearance was not enticing with the multiple spider webs at the ceiling and bugs flying everywhere. Regarding the food options at the restaurant of the hotel. It is more like a small local kitchen with a lot of thing in the menu and only 50% or less available from what is listed. I ended having just a fruit platter for dinner. I would not stay more than one night here. Also, the mosquito net at the top of the bed is not big enough for the size of bed given. I had to tuck it to the edges of the mattress and it barely closed. Warm room is managed by the one fan available. But you need to have windows open...and bug guests. Regarding noise levels, the place is great, quiet throughout. Ideal for autistic with heightened auditory sensory capacity. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible. Not even the reception. You need a taxi or car to get there as the road outside...

Read moreThe hotel was a little hard to find as there is no direction written on the big signpost when you enter Hoima Town. The single room costs 80,000 Ush (approx. 25 USD). The restaurant is very small and there was no space when I arrived and wanted to have dinner around 8:30pm, but room service is available with extra 2,000 Ush to the cost of food. Wifi is free and works in the hotel rooms. The bathroom is clean and there's hot water. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my padlock on my luggage and the reception lady called a guy and within 5 minutes, he broke it so I could open my luggage. I would definitely stay here again on my next...
