Our experience at kinzi was mixed. The place is serene, with a lovely garden and a nice, private complex at the living quarters for the residents. The apartments are cute and compact but we had two spacious rooms. Some things were rough around the edges needed maintenance. For example, there were cobwebs along the walls.
On our last morning, there was a power cut, we had no hot water with which to shower with, and we were given a basin with bottles of hot water with which to bath. Shocking. A place presenting itself to be quite upmarket and charging the prices they charge needs to at least install a generator. There was also no wifi, which we knew before arriving but was still weird and annoying.

Reason for a 3 star is that the place was working on a generator. Our reception was not lit(I expected a garden to have ground lighting), the toilets were classy but dirty, the liquid soap was all spilt on the hand wash sink and there was no enough tissue
