Great choice for a hotel if you're in Kabale. Nice reception, clean rooms, comfortable bed, hot shower, and it's located in a pretty good location nearby central Kabale. Unfortunately, when I stayed here on two separate occasions, the WiFi either didn't work or was super slow, and the power was out for several hours. They have a generator, although they only ran it for a couple hours and then stopped until eventually the power in Kabale came back, which meant a decent chunk of time without power. The shower design is also a bit bizarre in that the water goes all over the bathroom floor. Nonetheless, the building is quite beautiful, the people are very friendly, there is complimentary tea in the morning and free breakfast for one guest, and the beds and rooms were actually some of the most comfortable I've stayed in in East Africa. For the best prices, consider booking directly through the hotel as the 3rd party sites are all considerably more expensive - speaking of prices, the price for a room was stellar, definitely one of the most reasonably priced hotels I've stayed at in Uganda. If I return to Kabale one day, I will definitely be staying here!

It's an okay-ish outlet. Very budget friendly and, as a result, everything is on the low side, to match that budget status and profile. You get what you pay for. There's enough parking on the grounds that accommodate our travelling party very well. The downside of the premises is that they have a back up generator for when the lights go out - which they did when we were there - but they only have it on shortly so we spent the whole night and bits of the early morning in darkness.

I’ve stayed in this hotel both times I’ve visited Kabale and absolutely loved it. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortble and had everything we needed by washing clothes for us making sure we had water every day and waking up early to give us breakfast on days we’d have early starts. It felt like coming back home every evening when we went back and the staff would be so welcoming and interested in what we’d been doing every day. Food was lovely, beds really comfortable and rooms had everything we’d need. Couldn’t...

I chose this place primarily because they take credit card as listed on booking. They did not and knew they did not. Had they removed that listing I would not have booked. Finding an atm in Kabale town is out of the way and this caused trye inconvenience. Ultimately I was short less than 100 Ugandan shilling (less than 10 cents) and gave me a hard time. ||Location and room is fine but I'm sure others are as well within similar price point.||If you don't take CC don't be a tourist trap mislead by saying you do. Asked for manager and could...
