Jevine Hotel — Hotel in Kampala

My wife and I reserved a room at the Jevine Hotel for 3 nights. Before we arrived the Hotel Staff fumigated the rooms. The smell was so bad we had to move the bed mattress into the sitting room in front of the open balcony doors. Furthermore, on the first night the water from the shower was tepid, not hot. Also we had to call room service to provide toilet paper since the roll we were originally given was almost empty.||On our final day we were not given a workable wi-fi code and could not get a menu to order from Room Service. My wife was so disgusted by the terrible room service and fumigation smell we decided to check out earlier than planned. We will never stay at the Jevine Hotel again. Definitely not...

It's one of the most accessible places in kampala city. So beautiful with a nice kabaka lake view and the waves of the lake. They have a manager called Lydia, that lady is so calm and cool. Parking is wide enough. A beautiful and wide place for events like weddings, birthdays and more. Their receptionist is welcoming and cute. I attended a two day non residential workshop from there in cyprian hall,all the food we ate (lunch,break teas) was so good most especially the pizza during break tea and the chicken and pork during lunch. The ladies at the reception were very welcoming and friendly.
