This is not a hotel. It is a lodge with very many rooms. Typical example of when you have money and don't know how to construct descent accomodation or amenities.
I.Terrible breakfast. They serve "Little juice in the water". Fruit is occasional in a place where cheap fruit is readily available.
II. Terrible Internet, even a snail is faster. No functional standby power source or they just don't put it on for specific guests. They can keep generator only if whites are there.
III. The beds are like Lodge beds, probably too old, pillows with chunky parts inside. So you wake up with an aching back and neck if you don't cushion the place well. Some toilets are so high you can't step down.

Read moreFor rural Uganda, this is a decent hotel. It is large, with comfortable but basic bedrooms. Bedrooms include mosquito nets, wardrobe, desk and chair, TV, toilet, sink and shower. With hot water, which you cannot take for granted.
Food has been good. Staff have been excellent. Quiet and not very proactive, but very friendly and willing to help. Spacious meeting rooms and consistent but slow WiFi helped our meetings.
There is also a swimming pool and gym, which I am looking forward to using.

Please talk to your staff Aisha (reception) to stop bad mouthing people and always take customers service feedback as a way to improve service delivery but not gossiping about them to their other work colleagues when they go to the hotel.
