We reserved the top-tier cave villas and were disappointed to find them poorly maintained with visible lizard feces everywhere. Despite efforts to enhance our experience, the service lagged far behind the hospitality standards of neighboring countries like Kenya and Tanzania. The special services offered, including a stroked evening and a dinner setup, were underwhelming and not worth purchasing.

The quality of service was extremely poor, especially considering the $400 USD per night cost. The perceived value of the services provided was negligible.

Additionally, we were advised to plan further travel with Mrs. Thembo, who turned out to be untrustworthy. After some changes to our itinerary, we were promised an $800 USD refund which we never received.

This experience was disheartening, as we had expected honesty and reliability based on their recommendations. As a seasoned traveler across six continents, this was my first encounter with such widespread dishonesty in a country. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel or engaging with services provided by their associated sister company managed by...

Starting with strategic location to lake Munyanyange view in the vicinity giving you sun-kissed pictures for those going at honey moons. The place is inside a conservation park, and you have access to simple animals like Warthogs, elephants, Mangoose, and many others. Rooms are spacious and artistically designed with an African print with sexy lights and modern infrastructure. Wheel chair accessible, space to have personal work, and laundry is done at convenience. The utilities are excellent and very clean. Unlike the hottest areas, this place is calm with a camp fire facility over night and definitely a mosquito repellant in-house. The food is super tasty. Catch African plantain, a Rolex, chapati, a yellow and another varieties for international visitors. Staff is warm and pleasant, paying attention to detail. I invite you to be here and catch a cold...

My family and I have stayed for 5 nights at Munyanyange and we have had an amazing experience. From the time we were picked up by the manager Joseph who has been very caring and professional to all the amazing stuff who welcomed us with very good customer service and care. The accommodation is clean, comfortable beds, and the caves have a homely feel. The head chef is Jimmy and my family and I cannot praise him enough. Every meal we have eaten has been delicious. The place is allocated inside the park and we have seen the animals up close. Thank you for making our stay...

The Lake Munyanyange caves lodge has great views of the lake, comfortable cottages, good food and excellent staff. The service was top notch and they took suggestions and improved their approach very quickly. Consider the lodge if you are looking for a comfortable and quiet resort in the vicinity. If you have binoculars, you could spot Flamingos from your balcony. There's a possibility of elephants and hippos walking around in the exterior perimeter of the resort. An exciting experience if you get to see them while having a meal. Definitely worth staying here!

We had an amazing stay at the Lake Munyanyange Loge. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The lodge had beautiful views, strong internet connection, and outstanding meals prepared by locals. The rooms had beautiful decor and great quality bedding. The staff took us on a guided walk around the lake to view the birds and wildlife while teaching us about the area. There is also a lovely campfire area to sit around at nighttime which we enjoyed. I would recommend this lodge to all travelers who are visiting the area.
