This place could be so much better! Great location, nice garden. But very inapt mgmt & staff. Dinner took every time between 1,5 and 2 hours to prepare. Laundry service puts the laundry on the lawn to dry (despite promising they'd use the laundry line right next to it). Reception neither tells you about repairs undertaken in your room nor is any staff delegated to check on the handimen that carry out the repairs. Only cold water despite promises to the contrary (just be honest about it!). Oh and the hardest mattress I've slept on in my life. Like sleeping on...
