Elgon Heights Motel & SPA — Hotel in Mbale City

This place was simple and just basic ,just what you would expect on a 1 star village motel. Though nothing was working ,from the tv to the telephone.||||The place does not have a restaurant not a kitchen and they can not organize for food .||||They give you those 0.1 dollar soap that you can not even hold .The mosquitos here will feast on you like dinner .||||If you think you will stay and pay your bills on check out just like normal hotel ,be aware they will lock you in the room and call the police on you without notice ,they did this to us!! We planned to stay for 15 days ,on 4 th day they lock us inn and called the police on us !!||||Would not recommend this place...

Thank you for hosting me recently! The food was great, given that fact that i had travelled 5 hr journey. My room shower #E2 was incredible. I love shower with good pressure. The team are always friendly and make me feel welcome to this homely place. The reception (though i always forgot to ask her name) deserves a big credit for her friendliness and good service to guests. Each time we stay here, she has always been upto the game. ||||The pool table was not functioning but i was told it is been worked on in addition to introducing dats. ||||This property are erecting a perimter wall at the time i.post this review and have contracted a professional local...
