We stayed here during a family trip. The rooms are super small. Our room had a musty smell either from the drain or the wet carpet. No AC. The generator went out when the electricity went out. When we first arrived, they had placed my teenage daughters on a different floor quite far away from us. We had to ask for new towels and toilet paper because there isn’t anyone “cleaning” your room. When we first got to our room, there was only one towel in the room. Hot water was unpredictable. Now, having said all of this. A LOT of people in Uganda don’t even have fresh water much less everything I just complained about. So to put this in prospective, this may be just an American complaining about expectations. I was humbled leaving Uganda because of the happiness of these wonderful people who really have very little and some don’t even have the “necessities “ of life like food, water, clothing.
