Almost everything was fine at Ekhaya, but the service left us a little underwhelmed. The double room came with only one towel, the staff misunderstood two pretty straight forward questions in separate instances leading to some incenveniences (time of a taxi pickup and a problem with water on the floor after a tremendous rain shower) and most importantly the reservation we made, which was confirmed by e-mail by two different staff members, seemed not to have been...

My stay at Ekhaya Crescent Hotel Mbarara was exceptional experience. Extreme customer care from the gate to top management. The Rooms were clean, amenities are unique you are as if in 5 star hotel we had pizza and whole fish the food was delicious only Ehhaya has the best in Mbarara.Green environment, smart staff and well experienced.
