Read moreA/C didnt work and room was hot at night with lots of mosquitoes. No water pressure in shower - it was literally a trickle (less than the bathroom sink!). Hot water was also patchy. So was the internet. At breakfast my omelette had eggshell in. They took 30mins to arrange my bill and check out even though I prepaid for the room and only stayed 1 night. They took another 30mins to iron 1 shirt and charged me 3000 ugx for it. Quite noisy during the day because they play very loud music in the pool area even if there are no guests.
