Lets not talk about it, they are not ready yet for restaurant business. Food delays by 2 hours or more, and doesn't taste great. Even milk tea tastes just bad. Need to invest in good chefs and quicken service..taste of food gets them zero. Then parking space are small islands poorly planned for entry and exit. Good points. A/C didnt work and room was hot at night with lots of mosquitoes. No water pressure in shower - it was literally a trickle (less than the bathroom sink!). Hot water was also patchy. So was the internet. At breakfast my omelette had eggshell in. They took 30mins to arrange my bill and check out even though I prepaid for the room and only stayed 1 night. They took another 30mins to iron 1 shirt and charged me 3000 ugx for it. Quite noisy during the day because they play very loud music in the pool area even if there are no guests. I stayed at Las Vegas Hotel Mbarara last week and was genuinely impressed. The rooms are spacious and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The pool is massive and gives the whole place a resort vibe, while the staff are warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing.

Food was fresh and flavorful (the grilled tilapia was a standout), and the location strikes a nice balance: close enough to town for convenience, tucked away enough for peace.
