The rooms are fresh and since opening in December 2022, the hotel stepped up their cleaning protocols for the guest rooms and other frequent amenities. ||||This small hotel, i call it a small gem. The team esp Ms. Maclean was the main reason for me to choose this property. She spoke fluently and answered all my question in a calm and professional way, not forgetting, she always smile. ||||The linen in the guest room is maintained fresh and housekeeping offered daily. Due to the small number of rooms (only 11 in total currently on offer), service is personal and if you plan to visit during the week day, you will realise they're not so busy. ||||I hope to visit again, thanks to the website with a do & see page. I came to inspect this property. I had seen the fotos online but what forced me visit it become of the way the team talked some nice. First, McLean- I already wrote a review and mentioned her on TripAdvisor. Then there's this other nice talking lady just like the ladies that work in Mengo Hospital
