Phidam Palm Gardens Nsasa — Hotel in Mukono

The place has an off city, out of town feel..... The view of the budding real estate environs and the green is marvellous, quiet, cozy, quite a getaway place. The promoters have invested in a great ambience right from entrance and the surroundings. The gardens are well kept/kempt. You have to love it just by looking at it. My downer though is the service. I took my family there and right from the entrance, the staff were clearly wondering how we wandered into their premises. No welcome, no directions, no the customary 'how can we help?', nothing...... We entered, sat, walked around unattended to til we sat back in our vehicle and drove out!!! Not even a greeting from the staff who kept looking at us!! There is an urgent need to invest in service as well

As of today, Phidam is my favorite. The environment is as cool as a cucumber. The rooms are refreshing, tremendously cozy, the food is super exceptional, and the hospitality of the staff is phenomenal. The only issues are accessing the Phidam seemed hard, and the sign posts were small. Other than that, it's worth your investment 😉.
