NTUNGAMO RESORT HOTEL — Hotel in Ntungamo

Nothing but outstanding reviews for this place..in every way! Found it via Airbnb, as one of the two places to stay while visiting Ntungamo. The management got back to me promptly and positively, even at short notice and shared the on-site contact person's phone number, Evelyn. So, we booked, checked in, and proceeded to our other business.

From pre-approval communication to check-in, until departure, Evelyn as an absolute pleasure, professional and knowledgeable. She handled our check-in smoothly, and even took orders for our breakfast the next morning. We called while out to make dinner reservations, which was handled smoothly and with unhinged flexibility. The service staff - grounds, room service, housekeeping, and front office--on duty and checkout were exceptional, as well, giving us prompt service anytime we asked.

The room was spacious, with WiFi access, and hot water. The on-site views of the surroundings are scenic from atop a hill. We enjoyed a 6 mile run through the hilly terrain with cool breezy green vegetation. Getting there is pretty easy with Google Maps only 600 meters off the main highway.
