On the night after my arrival we were offered cold foods. On requesting the food to be heated, the attendant shamelessly told us the microwave was broken. The rice was later heated up; how I don’t know; but the attendant removed the peas probably cause she couldn’t heat it up and brought plain rice, which we had with passion juice that was 80% water. The following morning we were on offered two slices of bread, tangawizi tea instead of milk tea; and worse of all two ROTTEN boiled eggs and watermelon that’s unripe. We had no choice but to check out to find for a better hotel. Their food or lack of variety was pathetic & for lack of a better word. Room 304 that we had a night in had stained beddings and the floor not well moped. Hotel’s location was okay since it’s away from CBD’s hustle but so much need to done.

Lovely attentive staff who are always ready to help. A good variety of food (most of pur food requests were honoured). Room cleanliness can improve (certainly for long staying guests). Though our concerns were listened to and resolved, but there is still room for improvement. Back up electricity should be improved for when the main power goes out in the area (which affects the wifi). Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. It's not far from town by car or motorbike.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. Staying in this hotel was worth every penny. Behaviour of the staff makes all the difference. These guys were so helpful that initially it seemed unreal. Mr. Kevin will make sure that you feel at home. Definitely...
