This is the WORST party/ wedding venue you could ever choose. |I wouldn’t wish the nightmare that we lived through on my my brother’s wedding on my worst enemy! |We had his wedding there on 15th December 2023; and this truly is the venue from Hell. All they have going for them is stellar gardens; with breathtaking views. |We booked this venue in January, but the service we received; you’d think we had done a hush hush booking the week of the wedding. |We went to the venue even the night before the wedding to streamline expectations; how many food service points(2), when drinks would be handed over to us (midday) and even the basic; privacy at the venue grounds! |Imagine my shock when we get there on Dday and they hadn’t handed over drinks to our team; time-check 4:30pm. Our guests were already there. The process of getting the drinks to us was slow and painful and they don’t listen to anyone. That’s not even the worst of it! The had set up tables and had walk in clients dining right at the entrance of the tent for the wedding! On the other side they had another party with people blaring music right next to our tent! Speaking to the manager Julie; we got an eye roll and an exasperated “I will ask them to move” no apology, no remorse!|Back to the drinks saga it was 6pm and we still didn’t have beers. We didn’t have ushers all of which they had promised to provide! Everything they promise you will have you have to beg, and I mean BEG for and from exceptionally rude people; who often just stare at you blankly. |Finally they get us the ushers; each wearing a different outfit🤦🏾‍♀️ and mostly not knowing what they’re doing. |They gave us one serving point instead of two; for 350 guests! It took the better part of two hours for all our guests to be served food and then they didn’t even clear the tables after! We begged them to clear them until we wound up doing to ourselves! |The food it self was abysmal! It tasted like sth you’d eat just for sustenance not for pleasure as you would expect at your wedding! |Between the terrible service, abysmal food, terribly rude staff; I say; go to this place for any occasion at your own risk! From the Starters foods ------- The Dessert given, everything was unexpected carried with much attention and lead by the humble Manager Mr. C Kumar who had it on eys and hands.||||OMG!! They also came to us and asked the popular questions ; Is everything going well sir?|| Are you enjoying your moment and food?
