Materwood Hotel — Hotel in Wakiso

Rooms are Abit cramped, not enough windows in the rooms and hallways. Would way not alot went into making it feel like a hotel or a home away from. The wash rooms and toilet had a bad smell and since the way they are setup you might not sleep. Or maybe it was just that one time.

Parking space Is adequate but might get stuffed on an event like a wedding.

Security isn't their priority. Parked and entered the premises without any check up, wouldn't be surprised if the cameras don't work. Fences don't have any barbed wire etc. Random people entered the premises and the event aimlessly.

But there is alot of potential here. Very large space, good for events. needs more lighting though. Very nice...

This little great place tucked away in Namugongo was my home for 4 days, granted i did not spend a lot of my time in my room but it was great. The owner Dora as she is fondly called is a friendly and welcoming young lady who makes a point of interacting with the guests.||||I loved that i could pick my breakfast menu and let them know what time i would like to have it.||||The gardens are wonderful and so is the large screen that comes to life in the evening and you can enjoy your sun downer right there.||||The staff are also very friendly and helpful.||||Definitely great...

The enviroment is clean and quiet but the security incase you go out for adrink you can stand outside almost 1hrs wating someone to open the gate yet outside is not safe to stand for long please please let the gate man not to sleep at night he should know his job i think they...
