Precious Villas Lubowa — Hotel in Wakiso

In the year leading up to our wedding here this hotel had 3 changes of manager . Initially it was Simon - top manager , then Rachel she seemed OK ( it was her 1st day when we met her , but Simon was on hand ) . We sorted out all the details of our reception and all good . Day of the wedding , manager 3 didn't seem to have any idea of what had been agreed , spoke to the owner on the phone, she was just aggressive , rude and obstructive. On each change of management the hotel has got worse .|The executive suite with the Spa is OK, unless you want hot water , the heater does not have the capacity to serve the spa and end result is luke warm at best .|The executive room with the multi head shower, the shower suffers the same issue .|Food is really good , but slow and to be fair all the managers have been pleasant . For what a room costs.... its probably OK. A long way out from kampala , dogs barking all night and it's standards have slipped so far in just a year .|All said it's a shame , the staff are lovely and the hotel itself has potential if only it was run / owned by...

I really liked the place especially its quiet environment and the neighbourhood at large. The room we had was nice with good and large bed, nice bathroom actually it was the best of the hotels we had visited before with a steam bath, I credit the management for that🥰. The staff was always in place and attending to us in time whenever we need assistance. Rooms were really clean with enough space wardrobe space for us all. The location of the place too is favourable to anywhere you going ie Entebbe is very close and accessible. Food and the cocktail juices too were superb ,Wifi was around n fast. We really enjoyed...

The worst experience ever in life,never believe that the owner can throw you out without minding that your stay have not expired when They got customer that paid more that you pay them for your room.packing your belongings without your consent and not being at present. This is not a place to be at all.Treat you differently if you are black person but help out white customers differently pretending to be good. Bad experience, never go to this hotel if you dont want to spoil your holidays.Dont mind all this fake reviews they use to...
