We stayed two nights at this hotel in a standard double room. We have no complaints about the room, bed and linens, service or general facilities. Everything was very clean and the wi-fi worked very well. ||||Our suggestions for improvement would be to include more seating in the reception/lobby area. It is currently not cozy and rather empty feeling. Secondly, and more importantly, a small notice in the bathroom informing guests that the water supply is artesian and that it is advisable to run the water in the shower for a few minutes before use. This would help avoid my husband's bad experience of being drenched with dark, unpleasant-smelling water.||||Breakfast is a choice of four set menus. Portion size is generous and presentation is very nice.||||We loved the fact that the use of the nearby sports club facilities is included in the cost of the room. The pool and steam bath are super. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights in January 2015.||We stayed in a suite and the amount of space was fantastic - like a luxury open-plan apartment.||The Trattoria Italian restaurant offers an excellent choice of food & drink in modern, comfortable & relaxing surroundings.||The hotel staff are a credit - they all deserve a special mention.||The outlet village is nice but quite expensive.||The spa & beauty facilities are a few minutes walk from the hotel and are actually part of a complex that is open to the public so is not as private as I had been led to believe.||One other downside is that the hotel is 30 minute taxi ride from the centre of Kiev but we had visited the tourist sites on previous visits so this was not a problem.||We will definitely consider returning to The...

Fantastic Hotel with excellent service and pleasant staff, A lovely desk for check in, room was clean with comfortable bed, tea/coffee making station in the room, Hotel part of huge complex we enjoyed making shopping while walking in a beautiful area which includes lots of brand shops. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food served in Trattoria Italian restaurant, overall it is amazing place to escape from busy Kiev and to relax enjoying the beautiful atmosphere for shopping.
