Kopa Hotel — Hotel in Davydiv Rural Hromada

The property is beautiful, the staff is very professional and friendly, the rooms was amazing, the food was fantastic. ||||At first I was a little discouraged by the location. The hotel is about 25 minutes taxi outside of town and costs about 150 rgh one way and it's on a major road with lots of traffic. But... once on the campus, you are inside a high walled courtyard surrounded by open lawns, waterfalls, fun walk ways lit with beautiful colors at night. I felt like my kids (3 & 7) could freely roam the property and I completely trusted they were safe. ||||There is a great playground, lots of room to run, and big living room in the cabin for indoor play. ||||The cabins are private entrance with a little patio that looks out on the yard where we could enjoy our meals brought to us while the boys played in the yard. ||||The restaurant food is wonderful. We enjoyed the most amazing BBQ veggies, meats,and cheeses. Great seating indoor and outdoor. Very good morning banquet with meats, cheeses, and pastries. ||||The website advertises a pool, but it is not open to the public, you need to reserve it and it is a cold pool for the sauna room. The sauna is wonderful. They have two saunas, a stream room and a dry sauna. when you rent the room, you get a conference room with TV and couches where the kids can enjoy a movie while mom and dad enjoy the sauna. They even served us dinner in the conference room and the room is totally private. We stayed here for 3 nights. The hôtel room facilities seemed good. Nice looking room, adequate en-suite, up to date decor, mini bar! |The bed was never properly made. The duvet just pulled up any way. I did a better job myself. The bathroom was never touched although the towels were replaced if left on the floor. |The minibar was not replenished. Очень противоречивое впечатление!! ||Начну с негатива... ||Проживали в коттедже-люкс 4 дня. На первый взгляд почти хорошо. Но! На полу уложен светлый ковролин по всей поверхности. За 4 дня пылесос не был здесь ни разу и это при пасмурной погоде!!! Мы приехали поздно (о чем предупреждали заранее), но диван для ребенка не был подготовлен - пришлось раскладывать диван и стелить постель самим. При заварке чая обнаружили, что чайник внутри был грязным! Похоже, работа горничной закончилась на смене полотенец, шампуня и туалетной бумаги. На террасе было грязно, стояла лужа и выйти на нее и подышать воздухом было не реально. Мини-бар был пуст (и за 4 дня его никто не заполнял), хотя информация о составе и ценах лежала на столе на видном месте. ||Завтраки , в принципе, нормальные. Всего достаточно и приготовлено вкусно. Но! Все холодное!!! Почему нельзя организовать обогрев блюд - не понятно?! При том, что есть подставки под свечи и даже, когда-то горевшие свечи, тоже.... И это - системно, каждый день. В одно утро заметили, что подали прокисший куриный рулет! Люди, за что берете деньги? И здесь едят дети - не боитесь их отравить?! ||Теперь о хорошем. Удачное расположение - удобно для транзитных путешественников; на удивление - тихо, хотя и трасса проходит рядом. На территории чисто и ухожено. Вежливый персонал как на рецепции, так и официанты. Ужинали в ресторане - подали отличный салат, а вот кости из рыбы забыли удалить. Атмосфера комплекса нам понравилась. Думаю, если руководство поработает над ошибками, то все будет хорошо) Верю, что потенциал имеется, нужно просто посмотреть со стороны и сделать выводы. Очень хочется заехать сюда снова и сравнить свои ощущения. Желаю коллективу успехов и...
