Merkuriy — Hotel in Kharkiv Urban Hromada

My second visit here and once again impressed with the hotel overall. While the folks who work here dont speak great English, they are responsive and generally very polite and well mannered.||The food is really good, bordering on excellent and competitively priced. Although the breakfast could do with a slight improvement. The decor is modern and rooms are kept very clean. Each room is fully air conditioned.One of the reasons why I did not give it full marks is its location. Out of town but close to the airport. However with taxi prices being very very affordable and more importantly a bus stop right outside the hotel, its easy peasy to get into the city. However if you like peace and quiet when you sleep, then you will do very well with this hotel.||||Comes highly...

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working here. We felt completely safe the entire time. The lobby, restaurants and room were all extremely clean. We found our bed, and linens very cozy. They offer a lot of traditional Ukrainian dishes and the food is very tasty. Nice swimming pool with all kinds of hydromassage. Sauna and Turkish bath. Gym, ping pong tables. The price is more than reasonable. I think it is a great value. Very new, and clean! We would return. Thanks, Mercury staff! Oh, and the heat worked...

I´ve stayed in this hotel for three nights during my trip to Kharkov. Everything was just great! The hotel is small and cozy, spotlessly clean, all services are there, any question answered, restaurant with menu to die for and very affordable prices. Very comfortable beds! Beautiful garden, parking, indoor pool, beauty salon, wi-fi.. Taxi to downtown is very cheap, so I can definitely say- you don´t need to stay downtown for half more price. Wish they would build bigger swimming pool with time- would gladly come with...
