I checked in September 12 and checking out November 1. Staying this long I got to know many of the staff. They were wonderful. Most spoke some English. The rooms were immaculate and the corridors were crisp and clean. ||||They serve a wonderful, full hot breakfast buffet that is included in the price. My only complaint was while the food was prepared correct, they don't have the proper serving equipment to keep all the hot foods hot. Fried eggs were put in a rectangle dish, but with no heat. Some times, the eggs were cold coming directly from the kitchen.||||I do not want that to deter from my stay. But that is something you can expect if you stay here. They have many other foods that are heated properly.||||The hotel was built about9+ years ago and designed very well for a 94 room hotel. I have been in the hotel industry for 50 years and can highly recommend the Park Hotel. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay whether you are here for 1 day or 6...
Read moreThe room is completely average. Anybody would think that the reason of the price then it's have access to the sauna, swimming pool and the billiard table they advertise in Booking.com but no. The three things are in the same room, and if you want to enter that room you will have to pay 300UAH to make a reservation for 2 hours, a reservation you can't make through Booking.com. The breakfast is not bad, 2 boiled eggs, 1 chicken leg, 3 pieces of cucumber, 1/4 of tomato, 1 yogurt, 1 sausage and coffee of your choice, water and orange juice. The TV inside the room is not even Smart. To finish, my only problem in my stay was the huge price I ended up paying just for an average room, I came for the advertised services but I couldn't get them. Don't come here if you want a hotel with sauna and...
Read moreThis is a great hotel. My room was large and very high quality. The entire hotel looked like it was made to a very high standard. It was clean and I had absolutely no complaints. The only negatives were that the hotel was located a bit further from the center than I had thought. Forget walking. You will be taking taxis and they cost about 50 UIA ($2) which is not expensive. But if you do not speak Russian, calling the taxi might be challenging. The other negative is that, ,while breakfast is ample, it is a traditional Eastern European breakfast. This means sausages, salads, simple sliced breads, etc. Not really what I usually eat in the morning, but you will not go hungry.||||Overall, I would return, but...
