I went to lobby bar myself down from 10th floor to get something to eat , in the bar was young waitress having chat with other waiter setting on bar high chair which looks disgusting when the customers are waiting for them to finish their talk as they don’t even look or ask what I may order to drink

HOWEVER! I stayed here in February, and for the love of god, why did I have to listen to Christmas songs at every breakfast. It’s already difficult to listen to the overflow of sentimental cheesiness during actual christmas time, but in February.... IN F E B R U A R Y. No!
NO! Santa is NOT coming to town ok? HE IS STAYING WHERE HE IS. Rudolf if getting picked on right now, and you know what? I’M HAPPY ABOUT IT. Moreover, in looking out of the window all I see is a post-soviet depression greyness, if anything, it is NOT beginning AT ALL like Christmas!

Read moreHello, I stayed at Bratislava Hotel this year. The customer service was horrendous. Absolutely horrible. The workers were very disrespectful and despite it being a 4 star hotel, their English skills were appalling. As we didn’t know the Language, we were automatically in a disadvantaged situation. They Were not willing to answer our questions regarding the fees. Upon arrival, the money they demanded was higher than agreed and when we tried to ask why (politely may I add) they were very disrespectful. A lady at the customer service counter shouted at us. Very horrible. We had no qualms about paying the agreed fee however, it seemed as if they were tricking us. We were never told the breakdown of the fee itself. ||||However, to be honest, the cleaning and breakfast service was very good and the staff at breakfast were polite and accommodating. The cleaning staff especially were lovely. ||Despite this all, I urge you to look elsewhere when booking and please for the sake of your hard earned money and self respect, do not put yourselves through this misery. ||||Thank You and I wish that this experience had...
