Hotel LaMa — Hotel in Kyiv

Worst hotel ever! The bed is extremely hard and low like a carpet on the floor, but it makes more noise than a carpet. The room is really simple, same standard as a Skandinavian prison cell, not even a lamp at the bed. But with golden wallpapers. There is lots of noise from neighbours walking around all night. My body hurts a lot and I have not slept many minutes this night. No breakfast and extremely high prices for a bottle of water or piece of chocolate. I have traveled a lot of countries around the world and this is one of the worst hotels i have...

We were very happy with our stay! The overall hotel, as well as our room, was clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. The hotel staff were extremely kind, pleasant, and helpful, offering dining tips in the area and available round-the-clock for any other requests. The room itself was well-maintained, and had a comfortable bed, a clean and equipped bathroom and shower, a tv, fridge, temperature controls, extra bedding, and even free coffee each morning. It was also very affordable, so all in all, great value...

The hotel is good for it's price. Metro station is ~10min walking, however, pretty far from city center. As we don't like to stay in hotels the whole day, it was ok. Personal is friendly, we had free coffee even though it was not mentioned in booking, early check-in was also for free which is really nice. However, corridor on the first and second floor had bad smell and pressure in the shower sometimes was I credibly low. Next to the hotel there are plenty of small shops and very nice...
