Kitech Guest House — Hotel in Odesa Urban Hromada

I spent three days here solo and it met my needs perfectly. I found the atmosphere agreeable and quiet and the wifi signal was fine. The grounds are particularly pleasant.||||The owner, Elena, speaks only basic English but with the help of google translate we were able to communicate. She is a very kind, good-natured and helpful person.||||The city can be easily reached by very cheap public transportation, which passes close by every four minutes or so. The guest house is also closer than Odessa to places like Arcadia and the Memorial to the Heroic Defense of Odessa, both of which I reached by public bus.||||Unless you are forewarned, the place is a little difficult to find. Note that the guest house is NOT on the main road; it is halfway down an alley. There is no sign in English, but the Cyrillic is pretty close. Also, don't let the doorbell fool you. It's to the right of the door. To my eye it looks more like something you would pull on to hang your laundry on ... except that it rings when you pull it.||||If you exit the guest house to the left, you will find the bus to Odessa (121). Приятный гостевой дом в частном секторе. Во-первых, реально ТИХО !!! , во-вторых с 8-00 можно попросить завтрак (в среднем 50 грн - яишница с сосисками или блинчики + кофе), кофе между прочим неплохой. Номера очень разные - от эконома до люкс, а по размерам от 1 до 14 чел, цены- соответственно тоже разные, но справедливые. Дворик маленький, но зеленый, есть столики где посидеть или поесть, дачная качелька, капитальный печь-мангал. Если непогода - можно скоротать время в кафе-баре, пивасик и все остальное всегда в наличии, никуда ходить не надо. Рекомендуется всем (отдых, романтИк, командировка), кроме ну очень привередливых или приехавших побухать и пошуметь. Командировочным документы выдаются. Особенности - в обмен на ключ требуют оставить в залог документ. Для курильщиков - места для курения есть. Фотки реалные. До пляжа конечно пешком не дойдешь, но недалеко остановка прямой маршрутки на пляж. Для путешествующих на машине - своей стоянки нет, но в 50 метрах платная стоянка 20\грн сутки. Вай-фай также есть.
