Kyyiv 365 Park Hotelʹ — Hotel in Petropavlivska Borschahivka Rural Hromada

I chose this hotel to celebrate a New Year eve because the proposed nice New Year travel+celebration package, but since we wanted to stay a bit less here than 7 days, it turned that we can count only on a quiet dinner in the restaurant since there were no free places for entertaining programme and we will be the only ones who will celebrate in the restaurant. But since we went with a small kid, I was happy with it. By the hotel administrator's request, I had to order the dinner by the menu in 2 weeks before the arrival. The order was sent via email.||Actually, everything seemed to be fine but we started with the fact that I can pay only by cash on the front desk and the possibility to pay online was found only after asking the help of the manager who luckily was around.||The room was very comfortable and clean and we actually didn't bother with the not very nice view outside. The room service was also good.||The restaurant service was.. acceptable, except the case when two waiters started to argue who will make the TV less loud when we asked (both were busy..)||The worse thing I got at New Year eve: I was informed that our dinner will be ready at 10pm. When we came at 10-40 (our kid slept longer than we expected) we found all main course dishes ready and cool, but the salad was not ready yet.. Moreover, as I found some ingredients were just missed or substituted without any excuses or even information - no mozzarella, no brie cheese, no parma ham... The drinks were served in the wrong order with a big delay. And we were asked to pay at 11-45pm because they 'had to finish the finance day'! The change was never brought to us - New Year, you understand..||When I told it to the girl at the front desk when we were leaving the hotel, she was a bit surprised and ... that's it! In addition, they added the bottled water that we brought with us for the kid to the mini-bar receipt. No words, that we didn't take it, were heard.||Needless to say that all good impressions were just broken. The service...

Very nice hotel with lot of space in room in bathroom as well very nice decorations and gardens also in this winter time. Hotel looks new room are clean with everything what you need in the room is it like in 5* hotel with bathrobe what is not in all 4* minibar, water kettle in room with coffee and tea. In coridor water cooler, iron board. Hotel and equipment really like 5* star.|But services not you dont wait that somebody say hello to you(only one old women from houskeeping she said it every time). Check in is possible to make only at 14:00 not 13:56 pls dont make angry the frontoffice )))). On the site they offer free transfer yes they have it but you must order minimum 24 hour before and you must to be lucky that your time is free))) but taxi to city center cost only 5euro.|Housekeeping cleaned our room properly and ewerithing was refilled.|Restaurant waiting time for omelette 35minutes for pizza 65 minutes for waiter 10 minutes then i go take menu alone ringing service bell waiting amother 5 minutes but nobody but then come barkeeper on my question if they are open he answer yes i tell him i wait 10 minute for order and nobody come his answer im sorry but we are only 2 person here for work .... wtf we are only 2 guest in restaurant ))))) |You must to stay in this hotel for the price you pay you get MORE comfort like in other hotels in Kiev for bigger price. I have been staying at this hotel a lot of times. And I can ultimately affirm that this is the best place in Kyiv for a short business trip. Most of all I appreciate that when I am packing my bag it is no need for my to take with me lots things for one time use: tooth paste, slippers, toilet paper, hairdryer, razor, cream to shave, soap, shampoo, towel, bathrobe etc. I know that I will find the necessary set in the room, and all that things will be fit for using.||The next very important fo me item is an opportunity to avoid any concern to reach the hotel after my train arrives at. When the hotel driver takes me and bring me to the staying place it is really wonderful. And in the morning the same service is to help to get anywhere you need in the city. The transfers are included in the cost of the room, so this circumstance grants you a possibility to escape of taxi cost confirmation.||There are plenty rooms in this hotel. You should take into consideration that the standard rooms are quite small. There is floor heating in the bathroom. Heating batteries have tuning and they really hot, if it is necessary.
