Park Hotel Warshawskiy — Hotel in Sarny Urban Hromada

The restaurant hosts parties with large crowds of people wearing no mask. I expected some medical or police authorities to firmly intervene and put a stop to the Saturday night maskless party I just happened to witness. But nothing happened. Such lax attitude and policy on the part of the employees make you instantly speculate on how far and deep may corruption go in Ukraine – a country ranked 113rd out of 198 countries listed in the 2020 Corruption Index. Plus, unlike Rivne, Zhitomir, Lvov, or Kiev, Sarny is just a god forgotten little town somewhere in the northwestern corner of Ukraine, so the fact that the local authorities turn a blind eye to events organized by irresponsible citizens shouldn’t surprise much. ||For the money you pay to stay at this 4-star hotel, breakfast should be included. It is not. Besides, the restaurant follows a weird and strict à la carte policy. I mean, you’d expect a bread roll or a slice of bread to go along with the dishes you’ve just ordered. This is not the case; you should pay for every single slice of bread you may wish to have, and, of course, a free glass of water is out of the question. ||The atmosphere in the dining room is intimidating, and the ongoing muzak does little to make it more relaxed. The serving staff move around and address you like robots, while trying sternly to maintain a pointless decorum of grandeur and pomposity. ||So, cool down and chill out, people, your plush place looks out of place because it’s not in downtown Berlin or Moscow but on the edge of Sarny, a dusty locale which happens to be on the map, just like, I don’t know… Idalia, CO, or Shelby, MT. You end up in Sarny only if you get lost on your way to Poland or make a stop before wandering further up north to Belarus… in case you really want to go a path less chosen and get acquainted with Ukraine’s surly northern neighbor. ||P. I remind whomever is reading this that in Ukraine, besides teachers of English, no one utters an understandable English; you’ll have to ask anyone twice to make yourself understood; exceptions are to be looked for only in Ukraine’s...

Я вважаю готель Варшавський на високому рівні ✨

Із плюсів: Кімнати чисті, не совкові, приємні Є номери в яких вікна виходять на сторону їх міні саду, а значить шум від траси не чутно Централізована система кондиціонування Ортопедичні матраци Є дві подушки на вибір (плотніша/м'якіша) Гель/шампунь/мило у достатній кількості/фен/капці/зубна щітка Білі рушники Штори плотні темні, які дозволяють зробити темряву в кімнаті для сну Різноманітне освітлення, як тепле так і холодне Водичка газована/не газована Якщо ви зупинились більше ніж на добу, вам замінять рушники на чисті, принесуть ще води питної без вашого прохання На території є ресторан який працює з 7:00 ранку, тобто ви можете поснідати з самого ранку Завдяки централізованій системі кондиціонування, є можливість зачинити вікна і не чути шум від машин якщо ваш номер виходить на сторону трасси. За готелем є свій сад з бесідками, штучним озером та рибками в ньому Вартість за двох людей в двомісному стандартному номері за добу 1560 грн. Є спортзал, спа, і щось ще але ми не користувалися

Із мінусів: Вода воняє каналізацією, це сірководень але так по всьому місту, мабуть це неминуче Ціни на їжу в ресторані завищені, їжа по смаку та подачі не тягне на цю вартість Смеситель в душі та в умивальнику пошарпані трохи.

Плюсів більше, мінуси не впливають на ваш сон якісний, затишок та відчуття комфорту.

23/26.1.2021 very nice design,spotless clean,nice spa-area (especially hamam)and tasty restaurant with very polite staff!Just be informed - spa is 200 UAH per person for 2 hours at weekend,100 during week,minus:no kettle,no minibar,breakfast limited,soundproof to corridor not the best,room service difficult to reach by phone,big minus-sometimes spa not usable as overcrowded by external guests...for stopover and 900-1000 UAH for the spacious...
