I was a guest of the structure. Friendly, knowledgeable, attention to detail staff. The hotel rooms are elegant and comfortable, clean and modern environments. Daily cleaning and sanitizing make it an above average level. The hotel restaurant offers refined dishes of typical Ukrainian cuisine, but I was also satisfied with international cuisine. The restaurant has a refined and tasteful decor. the restaurant staff is trained and motivated to give an excellent welcome service. At the reception I found collaboration for all my needs, from useful advice to requesting services, such as a taxi service where hotel guests enjoy a certain privilege. 100% satisfied with this hotel, I recommend it for business people, for those who are foreigners like me, but also excellent for families who will find an excellent water park adjacent to the hotel. The park is equipped with attractions and games including several water slides of different heights, three different pools for both adults and children. The center is also equipped with a SPA service including sauna, massage room and a modern gym where hotel guests enjoy privilege on the price on all attractions. The staff are excellent and speak English. You will feel pleasantly pampered and spoiled .. Inside the sports complex I found some tasty burgers including "Alihator burgers" and real pizzas, which for me as an Italian made me enormous pleasure! I highly recommend even if just passing through or for a weekend! Finally, thanks to the security staff, who are vigilant 24 hours a day on the hotel's private parking and on the patrons in the common areas .. really hard to find even in hotels in Kiev or Odessa .. Maximum score worthy of a 5-star hotel stars. ...

If your not after a beautiful view from your window and you do not mind spending 5 minutes in a taxi to the town center, then this hotel is amazing value for money. I spoke to a few locals and they said the taxis are normally 20 gravna ($1, £0.66p) for the first 2 kilometers. I have used 3 taxis and this seems to be the case, because I paid 30G from the train station to the hotel. The other 2 taxis, I paid 20G each. Wow! Amazing value. It's rooms and bathrooms are on the large side, and very modern, with good Wi-Fi and air-con in all rooms. The hotels got a restaurant which is also fantastic value. The food in the restaurant is first class and like I say, amazing value. There are 3 great ladies here that speak good English. The housekeeper, Galina, she is very proud to keep everything spotless, she's very helpful. Also the reception lady, Roxalana and Victoria in the Water Park. Yes! the Water Park, its a 1 minute walk away and is part of the hotel. Do not let this put you off because it is totally separate from the water park. The rooms are very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is half the price of other hotels in Ternopil and it will put the other hotels to shame. Congratulations, Galina, Roxalana and Victoria for doing such a great job. 2 night stay for my business trip to Ternopil.||The only reason is to choose this place (I can't name it hotel) was the location near to my destination office.||Positive:||- it was warm in room||- hot water in bathroom||- sheap prices for food in restaraunt||- good wi-fi in room||Negative:||- terrible interior with terrible pld soviet furniture||- small double bed is good for 1 person, not for 2 persons, hard matrass, sheap linen||- bad quality of soap and shampoo in bathroom||- no kettle in room||- bad sundproof||- industrial zone with no place to go and a lot of wild dogs around||- bad service during breakfast||I can't recommend this place for a pleasant stay...
