Stayed here on Sept. 20, 2018 for one night on the way from Odesa to Lviv. I was totally impressed and satisfied with the location, ambiance, decoration, layout/architecture, services, comfort, breakfast, cleanliness and of course the smiling and highly professional staff. I visited Ukraine as a participant of a one week long guided tour and I also gladly experienced the best hospitality comfort and services provided by Reikartz Group in Kyiv/Borisfen Hotel and Odesa/Marenero Hotel, prior to my/our arrival to Vinnytsia/Optima Hotel. As a happy and well satisfied guest, I'm honestly saying that I wish to stay in Optima Vinnytsia Hotel in the future again. And also not only for Vinnytsia but also for other destinations in Ukraine, I'm sure that Reikartz Hotels will be my primary choice for accommodation. Thank you for everything that you've done to make my visit to your lovely country and your lovely cities an unforgettable & pleasant memory of my life. Hope to be your guest again in the future,
Greetings from...
Read moreWe were staying in Optima for two weeks in July - beginning of August. The building is quite modern, impressive, the rooms are good in terms of the area, the breakfast is Ok, stable like in all Reikarz hotels. Towels are fresh every day. But that's all. Here positive things finish.||The fisrt and foremost problem of this hotel was dirt! And here I mean absolutely dirty rooms. The floors were really filthy. Come on, do you vacuum clean them at all? Hairs, nails, tiny remnants of different things left by people staying there before you. Bathrooms were cleaned, yes, but only the floors and washbasins. Dispensers were dirty! ||The service is OK, but they took away my personal towel and I never saw it again. The administrator could only say sorry. What do you think they would tell me if I took their towel? I would have to pay for it. So, it works only one-way?||The restaurant downstairs is fine, good selection of sihes, reasonable prices.||So, I definetely don't recommend it for a...
Read moreOptoma Hotel is a part of Reikartz chane, but relatively to other Reikartz hotels this one is pretty plane, if not poor. The rooms are standard, Cable TV (poor choice of channels), refrigerator, Air Conditioning, but no electric cattle/tea/coffee, neither a garbage can in the room (only in the bathroom). The only cleaning the did was to empty this garbage can in the bathroom, nothing else. The check-inn in the reception took forever. The hotel is located in one of the "sleeping neighborhoods" of Vinnitsa. The breakfast is served in a nice restaurant/bar, but the diversity of choices is poor as well. I give it average and not poor, because I didn't really expect for more, so I got...
