had a terrible experience. I booked a stay with them, but upon arrival, they refused to accommodate us because we had our 1-year-old child with us, citing a "no child policy" (which was not clearly mentioned while booking). They assured us that if we canceled, we would receive a full refund.
When I tried canceling through the app, I faced an error and informed the hotel. They said it would be handled, so I proceeded to contact customer care, who initiated the cancellation. However, later, I was shocked to learn that the property had rejected the refund request.
I reached out to the hotel again for clarification, and they promised to get back to me. But it's been over a month, and they have not responded or taken any responsibility. This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this property to anyone who values transparency and good customer service. Be cautious before booking, as they do not honor their commitments.
