I had the pleasure of staying for one night, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who made the check-in process seamless and efficient. The lobby was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My room was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of travel.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast the next morning. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries and fruits to hearty hot dishes. The quality of the food was exceptional, and I appreciated the attention to detail in presentation. The dining area was bright and inviting, making it a pleasant place to start the day.

And also I had the pleasure of being served by Karen, who truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment I approached the buffet, Karen’s warm smile and friendly demeanor set a positive tone for my meal.

Throughout my breakfast, Karen was attentive without being intrusive. She made sure to check in on me regularly, ensuring that my coffee was always full and that I had everything I needed. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive; she offered great suggestions on popular dishes and even shared a few tips on how to best enjoy the various offerings.

Karen kept the area clean and well-stocked, and her quick response to any requests demonstrated her commitment to excellent service.

What stood out the most was Karen’s genuine enthusiasm for her job. It was clear that she takes pride in providing a great dining experience, making her customers feel valued and welcome.

Some aspects of the hotel complex were good, room service and breakfast and gym were great, however there was some things that led me to feel that it was overall average . What led to me putting average was mainly the rooms I stayed in. I stayed at the hotel for two weeks and I was initially given a room that shared a door to another room, which was very loud and I could hear everything. Another issue in the rooms were the AC. It blew directly on the bed, which made me ill for half my time at the hotel. After a few days, I then moved rooms to a much bigger one in the corner on the third floor due to the noise on the other floor. The room had great views and balconies however the AC did not work correctly and made me very ill. The engineer came and stated that it was working but it wasn’t functioning properly (room did not get cold enough). I kept calling the engineer but didn’t change as I think it was broken. The room wouldn’t get cold enough and I spoke to reception, they got a cleaner to clean the AC as I said there’s probably dust within but didn’t change.. Plus the Fridge stopped working correctly and I asked for it to be fixed as well however this wasn’t done. I got the hotel to clean the AC etc which they did but I was still ill for almost a week in the hotel. Overall not a great experience. The hotel did kindly offer to put me in another room but I was only there for a few more days so didn’t take up on the offer as I’d already moved rooms. Also the cleanliness of the rooms was not great, there was dust and hairs on both floors and furniture in the rooms (not well maintained), which I asked to be hoovered. The main housekeeper Sathasya was very kind and helpful to me throughout the time as well as the concierge (Shahid who was very personal and helped me throughout my time). One memorable aspect of her service was when she noticed a group of children struggling to inflate their beach balls. Without hesitation, Desiree stepped in to assist, providing them with an air pump and showing them how to fill the balls with air. Her friendly approach and willingness to help turned a simple task into a delightful moment for the kids, who were soon laughing and playing with their newly inflated toys.
