I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah, and it was an extraordinary experience that epitomized luxury and impeccable service. Nestled amidst the stunning landscapes of the Al Wadi Desert, this resort offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, lavish accommodations, and world-class amenities.

Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking architecture and the serene, secluded environment. The resort's design seamlessly integrates with the surrounding desert, creating a tranquil oasis. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff displaying a genuine warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay.

The villa I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious, elegantly decorated, and featured a private plunge pool with views of the desert. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, including a well-stocked minibar, high-quality toiletries, and a luxurious bathroom with a deep soaking tub. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities made my stay truly memorable.

Dining at The Ritz-Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah was a culinary delight. The resort boasts several restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. Each meal was a feast for the senses, prepared with the finest ingredients and presented beautifully. The Al Wadi Desert restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience under the stars, with a menu that celebrated both local and international flavors. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring that every need was met.

The resort's facilities are exceptional. The spa offers a range of rejuvenating treatments, and my massage was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The serene ambiance of the spa, combined with the skill of the therapists, made it a haven of relaxation. Additionally, the resort offers various activities such as camel riding, falconry, and nature walks, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the unique desert environment.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. From personalized greetings to thoughtful touches in the villa, the level of care and attention was truly remarkable.

In summary, The Ritz-Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah offers a luxurious and unforgettable experience. The combination of stunning accommodations, exquisite dining, top-notch facilities, and outstanding service makes it a premier destination for anyone looking to indulge in luxury. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat, this resort provides an unparalleled experience that I...

Beautiful rooms, and gardens with pool. And a nice beach setting. But avoid the main restaurant.

You’re paying premium Dubai restaurant prices for F&B, but the standards is far below Dubai.

Last night we ordered chicken with a side of greens, and we ordered the truffle risotto without mushroom. They forgot the greens, and served the risotto with mushrooms.

We did mention this to the team when the food arrived and they tried to rectify, by serving the greens as quick as possible, and re issuing a smaller portion of the risotto. The only problem was it took so long for the food we just continued with what we had. They brought the greens but we had finished the chicken by the time they arrived, and we decline the new risotto. As we had finished the first one with the mushrooms we didn’t want. We made a joke afterwards that the team ask if any allergies when ordering, and that if we did have a mushroom allergy it probably wouldn’t have mattered as they didn’t remove it from the food anyway.

This morning for breakfast we ordered the poached eggs with chicken, and it came with salmon instead of chicken. They took it back and made the chicken instead.

This afternoon - could we be 3rd time lucky or unlucky? You bet..

We ordered a club sandwhich to share and asked without tomato, but somehow, the egg and cucumber also went missing off the sandwhich as well.

Now, as someone who works in hospitality, it’s become a bit of joke, that on three occasions breakfast, lunch and dinner - we’ve had wrong orders every time.

The team cross checked our orders and repeated them back when repeating our orders, so I’m guessing the issue is the chefs not receiving the order properly on the KOTs, or the team are not informing them. Training is needed desperately with how to take orders and prepare the food.

I would like to point out the team was very friendly and tried to accommodate when we had informed them of the errors and tried to rectify the situation as well as they could, with new food or this afternoon comping our drinks - as we didn’t want to wait for a new sandwhich.

But overall 3 sittings and 3 mistakes is just to consistent for us to think it’s a one off.

If you’re looking to stay in a beautiful location then this is great. Just make sure you bring your own food or book other restaurants close by. Because the guys here are not capable of getting an order correct. And what you order is not what you get.

We still have dinner to think about tonight and a free breakfast with our booking tomorrow but we don’t want to be dissapointed again and will go elsewhere outside of the...

We begin our wonderful holiday since the minute we arrived the welcome lounge, the highlight are the staff, I have been many many luxurious hotels and resorts, none of the service can compare with Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach. The most impressive part of my experience there is ALL the staff are so friendly and well trained, they treat us is the part of their family there and they are working so happy and satisfied with their position, I am especially thanks to Mr Godwin who always take care of us so well and one evening he bring us to The Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi because he worried about us missing something if we don't visit there, he is so concerning and consideration.

I also need to thanks for the house keeping team always give us surprise during turn down service, and House keeping manager Mr Balakrishnan he can noted what we need so details and he can offer what we needed as we don't have to ask.

The restaurant teams are brilliants, we have a wonderful time with the waiters and waitress team such as Faith, Virolla, Ahmed and Roxznne and the chef Mr Yash they are all wonderful ! excellent ! fantastic and professional service, we are so happy and enjoy when dining at Shore House with them.

The concierge team are also the best concierge I have ever met in my life, being their transfer by buggy is so enjoy, fun and happy, although the journey always so short, but they will try their best to make us happy and enjoy the ride, thank you very much to the concierge team: Steve, Divine & Mario, you guys not only provide the transport within the resort, you are mean a lots for us during our stay.

The last but not least thanks for the Director of Operations - Mr Emanuele Raffuzzi, without your leadership for the whole team, we won't be able to have the most unforgettable hotel stay in our life, another great person during our stay is Mr Solomon Munochekwa, the supervisor of the restaurant he did take a great care of us with outstanding hospitality and cheerful service, enjoyed his sundowner cocktails so much ;)

I am both Marriott Platinum Premier and Hilton Honors Diamond members, then you may know how much experience I have for my hotel stays. This stay is really really unbelievable how we enjoy and received how excellent service we have from The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach, this is the best & unforgettable stay in our life, I can't thanks enough to the whole team to make us have a wonderful holidays, we will...

Extremely poor service and not what we'd expect from tbis brand. When we entered their reception they tried to make it sound like we hadn't booked our kids and they would charge us more. When we checked our booking it was clear that we had actually booked for the 4 of us and it had been confirmed on email by the hotel at the time of booking. They had to then go and get their managers approval. I've added the photo of the confirmation to this review. We booked an Al Shamal villa with king bed and sofa bed for our anniversary. The sofa bed was just a sofa. Its not a sofa bed. They gave us one pillow and one very thin blanket for our two kids to sleep on the chair. I've added a photo to this review of the sofa, blanket and pillow for 2 kids aged 9 and 10. We went for the happy hour that's from 4 till 10. The timing was confirmed by the receptionist and hotel manager. But the FnB manager refused saying happy hour is only till 6pm. He said he called reception and they said we had been told that it ended at 6pm however later on the hotel manager confirmed that it was indeed till 10pm and didn't know why the FnB manager was saying something else. The FnB manager was also trying to get us to buy all inclusive drinks package. The toilet had yellow water in it when we arrived. It looks like the have an issue with their plumbing as the water was dirty all the time in the toilets. The hot water didn't always work. Sometimes you would have to run it for 2 minutes before it would warm up. Way beyond the 10 seconds the marriott group put in their specifications. Food is good however the portion sizes are very small. For example my kid order ravioli and it came with only 4 pieces. Upon leaving the manager the tried to add more charges to our bill saying that our food discount that he himself confirmed was valid was actually only for one drink. After an argument about this he agreed to remove these additional costs. So from the arrival till we left they continually tried to extract more money than they were due to take. Completely unacceptable behaviour. This place is not a 5 star. From the very poor service and right down to the cheapest and thinest toilet paper you can imagine.

Definitely in my top 5 hotels in the UAE. It’s an oasis of peacefulness and relaxation. The reception area threw me off at the beginning because it didn’t reflect the style of a Ritz Carlton, however, once in the private villa I understood why the reception felt and looked the way it did, natural and rustic. The villa was really beautiful. Everything we needed we found. The bed was very comfy and I got great sleep. The bathroom was a good size so my better half and I could wash up in the morning and evening and not bump into each other. The TV had YouTube and a good entertainment so late night we snuggled up in bed and relaxed. The highlight for me was the private space outside the villa. It’s very big yet still we had a good amount of privacy. There was a big hot tub outside which the staff readied for us after dinner with tons of bubbles. We took a dip and spent time in the tub under the beautiful night sky. I spent also a good amount of time in the pool. It was heated which is nice as the temperature drops a little bit at night so it makes swimming comfortable. I wish there was a switch to heat up the pool at night and turn it off during the middle of the day when the sun naturally heats the pool. As you walk from the villa to the beach there are two nice beach chairs underneath a gazebo with tons of greenery. We spent a good amount of time there relaxing. We didn’t go in the sea but walked around the beach for a while. For breakfast we order it to come to the villa. The food was good. They forgot a handful of things but after 30 minutes they brought them. The second highlight was the restaurant. Idk the name but it’s the only one they have I believe. The food was superb and the service really kind. Our waiter Arun cracked us up and we had a few good laughs. We had the seafood platter, spicy tuna tartar, spicy edemame, truffle fries, the wagyu steak, and a few other things. All the food was superb. Kudos to the kitchen as well. Overall, we fell in love with the resort. It’s rustic, green, and peaceful. The value is quite great. I can’t wait to come back again!

If you're looking for the perfect destination for your dream wedding, look no further than The Ritz Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah. We recently had our wedding at this stunning resort, and we were blown away by the experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff at The Ritz Carlton went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. They were attentive to every detail and ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Their professionalism and warm hospitality were truly exceptional and made our wedding experience truly unforgettable. They truly went above and beyond when we had to change the event's date last minute due to weather conditions, and made sure everything was as planned. The resort itself was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding desert that provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony. The resort's managers helped us plan every detail of our special day and addressed each ask we had and made sure that everything was executed flawlessly. Our guests were equally impressed with the resort and its staff. They raved about the luxurious accommodations, the delicious food, and the exceptional service they received from the staff. Many even said that it was the best wedding they had ever attended! Overall, we cannot recommend The Ritz Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah highly enough. If you're looking for the perfect destination for your dream wedding, this is it. The staff are truly exceptional and will go above and beyond to make sure that your event is everything you've ever dreamed of and more. We are so grateful to the staff at The Ritz Carlton for making our wedding day so special and unforgettable.
