Rove Al Marjan Island — Hotel in Al Marjan Island

We are staying for eid days and first when we came there's a problem immediately in the counter we book with 3days 2nights with free breakfast and half with we can choose dinner or lunch and I ask in whatsapp if I need to answer immediately with one I will choose they answer me its ok when we came and when we ask for lunch but they don't like to accept they put already the dinner but ok we move on,the first day we use the beach very nice and not much crowded and very friendly all cost guard,2nd day we use in the morning the swimming pool me and my son first to go because my son very excited only my son i let play and swimming but only beside the swimming pool so he can play because still I'm waiting to my husband so he can play and swimming properly because his 2 years old only so the lifeguard told me I'm not allowed because I'm wearing short pants and I tell I'm not doing swimming I'm just playing to my son and I want to talk to manager or woman because I'm don't like to talk in a man and I explain to lifeguard I'm Muslim but my husband allowed me to wearing this but he judging me and telling if you are Muslim that should be you wearing he points a woman but I didn't look to this woman so I need to explain everything to him he told me he is the manager of lifeguard he is not allowed to judging what I want to wearing so I bring my son in the bench and I catch my mobile to message my husband to hurry to go down so my son can enjoy but they not happy there are 5 person talking much but not nearest to me and my husband came already in the chair and the manager already talk to my husband. I move on and I don't like to be bad day to our vacation because we much much money for that vacation and to relax but nothing relax happened,in the afternoon we swim in the beach while we are swimming we saw the 💩 not only once but 3x and my husband told me to let's go I will vomited and we walk and bring my son in the baby pool with my son continue to be happy and lifeguard very attentive to all kids and friendly, and the restaurant the waitress cannot approce properly because we ask for take away box because my son cannot eat and feel sleepy but her face like angry and she give small box and I ask maybe you can give another small box but my husband told me it's ok don't bring the sweet because that also small sweet like 5 or 6pcs square small my son like to eat also when she give the box here face cannot explain ..and the man waiter I'm asking for baby chair we are waiting for 10mins. And I saw him again and he asking me where is your place and I pointed but again we wait 5mins and no baby chair coming his using only his mobile and my husband ask the other waitres and immediately 1min only she give and clean thanks to here and the cleaner lady very nice and friendly . The kids area very bad mostly the ball already broken and my son have scar because of that and the other toy already broken and the big boys with want to play PlayStation there are fighting and play trowing a ball and the small kids hurt already.. its my opinion only should separate the play area for adult kids like 7 up and the 0 to 6 years old its ok all together..the ball area very dirty look never clean or maybe because alot of people that time ..we want to extend for more days but because what happened we decide to change the hotel .. thanks for experience ♥️♥️♥️ hope will be grow good environment mostly in the play area of the kids and should have 1 staff in the play are not to clean at least to control the play area . 😀 and if you book more than one day and you want the second day to saw your room clean again just tell to receptionist mostly the room will be not clean if...

We had an unforgettable stay at Rove Hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in the UAE. From the moment we arrived, everything about the hotel made us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff at the reception were very kind and friendly. They greeted us with warm smiles and immediately made us feel at home. Special thanks go to Kiran, Yousef, and Ayman who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. They were always available whenever we needed help, and even when we did not ask for anything, they checked in with us to make sure that we were comfortable. One evening, the reception team even called us to ask if we needed extra pillows, blankets, or anything else in the room. That small detail showed how much they truly care about their guests.

The room itself was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and organized. The bed was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room made us feel at ease throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to rest after a long day of enjoying the facilities.

Food at the hotel is another highlight. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing. It offered a wide range of options to suit every taste, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and international favorites. Everything we tried was delicious, and the variety meant that we never got bored, even after several days. Breakfast quickly became one of the things we looked forward to every morning. The restaurant staff were also very kind, welcoming, and professional. Every morning they would greet us with a warm “good morning” and a beautiful smile that will never be forgotten. That level of personal attention made us feel valued as guests and set the tone for the day.

The hotel also has excellent facilities. The swimming pool is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Lifeguards were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. They would check on guests to see if anyone needed assistance, which made us feel safe and cared for. The bartender at the pool was one of the sweetest people we met during our stay. He always greeted us with a smile, asked if we needed anything, and made everyone feel welcome. This same spirit carried into the restaurant, where the staff were equally attentive and warm. Everywhere we went in the hotel, we were met with kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality.

The beach was equally impressive, with clean sand, clear water, and plenty of space to relax. It was a wonderful spot to enjoy the view and spend quality time.

Originally, we booked for two nights and three days. However, because we enjoyed our experience so much, we decided to extend our stay by another night, making it three nights and four days in total. That decision speaks for itself, as we simply did not want to leave. The combination of comfort, great food, beautiful facilities, and outstanding service made it one of the best staycations we have ever had in the UAE.

This hotel truly stands out, not only for its clean and comfortable facilities but also for the warmth and hospitality of its staff. From the reception team to the restaurant staff, lifeguards, and even the bartender at the pool, every single person treated us with respect, kindness, and care. We recently stayed at Rove Al Marjan Island with our kids, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team, particularly Ms. Bee, who greeted us with a genuine smile and professional attitude. Her friendly demeanor instantly gave us a great first impression of the hotel and set a positive tone for our entire stay.

Throughout our visit, we noticed the team’s consistent attention to guest satisfaction. Hnine at the lobby bar was also exceptional—always cheerful, courteous, and attentive, making each interaction pleasant and welcoming.

The breakfast spread was enjoyable, and we especially loved the fresh and delicious chocolate and plain croissants, which were a daily highlight for the whole family. However, one small area for improvement would be the breakfast coffee machines. The quality of the coffee didn’t quite meet expectations, which led us to purchase better coffee from the lobby bar. It would be ideal if this could be enhanced as part of the breakfast experience.

What truly stood out was the visible presence and support of the hotel’s management team. During the busy breakfast period and even at check-out, we observed managers stepping in to support their staff, assist guests directly, and handle luggage with care. It was a clear example of leading by example, and it left a strong impression of teamwork and commitment to service excellence.
