From the moment we arrived at Anantara Mina Al Arab, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The resort itself is stunning—designed to evoke a Maldives-like atmosphere with tranquil walkways and beautiful water villas. The greeting was smooth and refreshing, complete with welcome drinks and cold towels that set the tone for a relaxing stay.

🌟 Exceptional Staff Recognition: We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to several outstanding team members who truly elevated our experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail reflect the very best of Anantara Mina Al Arab. We hope the resort continues to recognize and promote these individuals—they are genuine assets to the brand:

Anish and the entire team at Sea Breeze consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Anish, in particular, stood out for his attentiveness and proactive service, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere every time we visited. His dedication and natural hospitality skills truly impressed us. We’re grateful to the whole team for their thoughtful care, and we sincerely hope Anish is given every opportunity to grow within the resort—he’s a real asset.

Thet, who looked after our room with exceptional care. Not only was the room maintained to a flawless standard, but Thet also made a point to engage with us personally, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. His genuine warmth and attention to detail stood out, and we truly believe he would thrive in a more guest-facing role. His potential in customer service is clear, and we hope the resort supports his growth.

Eimran at the main pool was a standout from day one. He immediately recognized our family’s needs and made sure our poolside experience was seamless and enjoyable throughout our stay. His attention to detail and friendly approach made a lasting impression.

Saad at the Beach House brought a level of luxury hospitality that’s rare to find. With his background in high-end hotels and experience serving celebrity guests, Saad’s professionalism and engaging conversation added a special touch to our dining experience. He’s a true ambassador for the resort.

April and her team at Makong delivered two unforgettable evenings. As a server, April’s warmth and attentiveness made our dining experience exceptional—but it was truly a team effort. Every staff member who came by did so with genuine care and enthusiasm, and together they created a welcoming, high-quality experience that we won’t forget.

Ola, Vinod, and the entire reception team were instrumental in ensuring our stay ran smoothly. From check-in to departure, every interaction was handled with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Their collective effort made us feel well cared for and supported throughout our visit.

These individuals—and the teams behind them—exemplify what makes Anantara Mina Al Arab special. Their dedication and hospitality didn’t just meet expectations—they defined them. We hope the resort continues to nurture and promote such talent.

🛠️ Constructive feedback: The only downside was the condition of the pool, which is visibly deteriorating with tiles chipping away. This area urgently needs attention and detracts from an otherwise flawless experience.

🍽️ Dining experience: While we enjoyed the themed nights at the buffet and the two à la carte restaurants included in the half-board package, dining options did feel a bit limited. It would be fantastic to see more restaurants opening on-site in the future, especially ones included in the half-board offering, to give guests more variety and flexibility...

Anantara Mina Al Arab is nothing short of a beautiful heaven on earth. From the moment you step onto the property, you are welcomed by lush greenery, serene surroundings, and a breathtaking private beach view that feels like a hidden paradise far away from the city rush.

What I loved most was the peace and tranquility from the rat race of Dubai – a complete escape into nature with a blend of luxury.

🌊 Beach & Water Activities The private beach is pristine and calming, perfect for long walks or just soaking in the view. The resort also offers exciting water sport rides, which are both fun and safe. A true mix of relaxation and adventure.

🏊‍♂️ Pools & Service The pool was simply amazing amazing amazing! It’s not just the design, but the whole vibe around it – with a beautiful jalabar (popularly known as the swim-up bar) where you can sip cocktails without leaving the water. What stood out for me was the impeccable service by Mr.Imran and the extremely hardworking Mr.Shivam. They made sure every guest felt looked after. Many online reviews echo the same sentiment – staff at Anantara genuinely go above and beyond.

One instance that really touched my heart and showed how personal the service at Anantara is: Mr. Imran helped a child eat his breakfast when his parents were unable to. He connected with the child in a way that added love and care, while being appropriately firm, ensuring the young boy had his meal. It was a small gesture, but absolutely memorable – this is the level of thoughtfulness that makes Anantara special.

🍸 Cocktails & Social Atmosphere The cocktails were refreshing and creative, and I ended up making so many friends around the pool bar – a highlight of my stay. It felt both social and luxurious at the same time.

🏡 Rooms & Upgrade Experience I originally booked a Premier Garden Room, which was already beautifully designed, but to my surprise, I was upgraded to a suite thanks to the kind gesture by Mr.Mohammad Tamar. The suite was royal – truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Elegant interiors, spacious layout, and a level of comfort that makes you never want to leave.

🍳 Dining & Breakfast Breakfast at Sea Breeze was good but not extraordinary. While the spread had variety, it wasn’t as standout as the other aspects of the resort. The food was fresh and decent, it could be more memorable given the resort’s otherwise world-class experience, I believe.

🛎 Check-In & Management One area where the resort really needs to improve is check-in. It was chaotic, with too many people trying to check in at the same time and no proper queue management. A property of this caliber should work on smoother arrivals to make the first impression match the rest of the stay.

🌟 Overall Experience Despite the hiccup at check-in, everything else was simply wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. What truly makes this resort special isn’t just its beauty, but its people. Mohammad Tamar, Imran, and Shivam turned my trip into an unforgettable experience with their warmth, efficiency, and genuine care.

💫 If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, serenity, fun, and a true escape from everyday life, Anantara Ras Al Khaimah is the perfect choice. A place where you don’t just stay – you...

We chose Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah for our recent family staycation to get away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai and we were not disappointed! From Ibrahim’s warm and welcoming smile at the front desk, he made our check in seamless. We arrived around 3pm and our room was not ready but Ibrahim took the time to engage with my kids and show us around the property. The room we got was a Premier Room with a Lagoon view and were pleasantly surprised to find a sofa bed in the room that the Housekeeping are more than happy to make up for the night. The sofa bed was fairly large and comfortable! Afifa from housekeeping was the one to turn down our room for the two nights and was incredibly sweet to leave little duck slippers for my kids by the bedside! They were delighted to have their own slippers in the room! There was a slight issue with the panel beside the bed but Engineering were quick to come and fix the problem. The highlight of our stay however was the Kids club which we used the following day after we checked in as it was too hot during the day to be in the pool. Fatma was excellent with the kids, she was happily assisting the little guests inside from arranging games to activities to keep the little ones engaged! My kids loved the Kids Club and Fatma so much that they returned after we checked out and spent a good two hours playing in the soft play area! The downside was the pool as we expected a better pool for everyone to enjoy. While having a fairly large family pool with a 0.9M depth which was good with kids however the tiles were too slippery with their pool shoes and many of the tiles were coming off posing a danger to go in without pool shoes. There was a separate kids pool right by the Kids club but we didn’t use it. The lifeguards offered nice warm towels in our cabana, an ice pack filled with chilled bottles of water. They offered pumps to blow up floats and all size pool shoes for no extra charge. We dined at Sea Breeze and thoroughly enjoyed the Indian Theme Night. There was a large selection of food and the Pizza and Pasta were absolutely delicious! The second night however was disappointing with a very limited buffet which we didn’t enjoy. We didn’t have a chance to try out Mekong but heard good reviews. We did order a small lunch from In-Room dining and the food was good. My kids loved the choice of kids pasta with cream sauce. Check out was quick and we stored our luggage with the Guest Services till the kids played at the Kids Club and were happily assisted when we were ready to leave. All in all, the stay was lovely, staff extremely friendly and the property nice and clean. Our kids loved the little buggy rides around the property. The pool needs a good refurbishing and it...

I stayed in the Peninsula "Overwater" Villa for one night, paying 4200 AED, expecting a luxurious and private 5-star experience. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that — not family-friendly, not hijab-friendly, and certainly not private-friendly. Despite calling and emailing in advance to request early check-in (since I was arriving from far away), my request was completely ignored. Upon arrival, the staff had no idea about my request and offered to assist on spot. I waited over 1.5 hours just to be checked in 40 minutes early. Website is claiming "welcome amenities" — which I never received. I was assigned a "host" via WhatsApp — who was not receiving my mssg when I needed a buggy ride the next morning for breakfast. I called reception, was told someone was on the way, waited more than 15min to end up walking halfway myself before anyone showed up — and this was on a weekday with barely any guests. On check-out, I requested help with luggage and again waited.. this time 45 minutes! I can't imagine what service they provide when they are fully-booked! Coffee machine in the room barely functioned.I had to hold water dispenser down and It took 20 minutes just to make a cup. Terrace rug was visibly dirty, they placed huge lazy bag-bed to cover it . "Private" pool was tiny. Most importantly, the villa lacked privacy. From the right side, neighboring terraces were in full view ( as well as mine), and from the left, there was a shared entrance area where guests and staff could easily look into our space. Breakfast was average (3/5). A salad with mango had spoiled fruit. The detox water smelled bad. I requested boiled eggs and was informed that they are cold - I specifically asked not to heat them — yet they were served boiling hot. Not expecting it, I burned my fingers ! To top it off, a waitress startled me by sneaking from behind and leaning into my face to ask if I wanted coffee — completely lacking in basic service etiquette. This resort falls severely short of its 5-star claim. The service is poorly coordinated, the privacy is non-existent, and staff training seems inadequate. For 4200 AED per night, I expected a world-class experience — instead, I received service and facilities not worth even 500 AED. DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially for families or those seeking true privacy and luxury!

Nestled amidst the pristine landscapes of Ras Al Khaimah, the Anantara Resort is nothing short of a dream escape. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unparalleled, with every detail tailored to create a memorable stay for me, my parents, and my young son. The property itself is breathtaking—a sprawling oasis of lush greenery, dotted with luxurious amenities that invite serenity and indulgence in equal measure. Every corner is meticulously designed to blend natural beauty with refined comfort, making it a haven for families and individuals seeking a tranquil retreat. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service rendered by the dedicated staff, particularly the gracious front office Manager, Mr. Soleman, and Villa Host Mr. Said Ali. Their warmth and professionalism turned an already wonderful stay into an extraordinary one. Not only did they ensure our every need was met, but they also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, adding a special touch that underscored their commitment to guest satisfaction. Their personalized care extended beyond formalities—they took the time to make my parents feel at home and ensured my son was always entertained and comfortable. Such attentiveness is a rare find and speaks volumes about their passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Another highlight of our stay was the incredible poolside experience. The lifeguards, Mr Danial and Mr Aamir, went above and beyond to engage with my young son, even taking the time to teach him the basics of swimming. Their patience and encouragement made a lasting impression on him—and on us as parents. Watching his confidence grow under their attentive guidance was a heartwarming moment we’ll always cherish. Anantara Resort is more than just a destination; it’s a sanctuary where luxury, nature, and heartfelt service converge. My family and I left with cherished memories and an unwavering desire to return. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Soleman, Mr. Said Ali, and the entire team for making our stay truly magical.
