A Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience** My recent stay at Radisson Blu Al Ain, was nothing short of a nightmare, marred by poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff, and a shocking lack of maintenance. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. **1. Dirty and Unprepared Rooms** Despite arriving at the official check-in time, my room was not ready, forcing me to wait an additional **30-40 minutes**—a completely unacceptable delay. When I finally gained access, the room was far from clean, with visible dust, questionable stains, and an overall neglected appearance. The **balcony door was old and could not be properly closed**, compromising both security and insulation. **2. Faulty Air Conditioning** The air conditioning system was **stuck at 21-22°C** and could not be adjusted or turned off, making the room uncomfortably cold. Despite requesting assistance, the issue was never resolved, leaving me with no choice but to endure the freezing temperature. **3. Unfriendly and Incompetent Staff** The service was shockingly poor, with **reception staff ( Archana ) unable to communicate effectively in English**, creating unnecessary frustration. Additionally, their attitude was indifferent, if not outright rude, showing no willingness to assist or resolve issues. A hotel that caters to international guests must ensure staff can communicate properly—this was a major failure. **4. Dirty Pool and Poor Maintenance** The pool area was in a disgraceful state, with visibly **dirty water, blackened tiles, and clear signs of neglect**. The lack of maintenance was appalling, making it an uninviting and potentially unhygienic space. A pool should be a relaxing amenity, not a health hazard. **Final Verdict: Avoid at All Costs** This hotel is a textbook example of mismanagement and neglect. From the unclean rooms and broken facilities to the unhelpful staff, every aspect of my stay was deeply unsatisfactory. The attached pictures only reinforce the severity of these issues. **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) – Terrible** I would **not recommend** this hotel to anyone and strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere for accommodation that meets basic standards of comfort and hygiene. **Note to Management:** Immediate action is required to address **cleanliness, staff training, maintenance, and customer service**—until then, this hotel will continue to disappoint guests. --- Would you like me to refine any section further or adjust the tone?

My family's recent stay at Radisson Blu in Al Ain, UAE, was marred by a series of disappointments, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff and apparent lack of management. Upon our early arrival at 2 pm, despite the official check-in time being 3 pm, we were subjected to a prolonged wait. The staff repeatedly extended our wait by ten-minute increments, only to finally provide us with one of our two booked rooms at 3:15 pm, with the second room following 15 minutes later. This led to an unwelcome 80-minute delay in the lobby, a situation made all the more frustrating by our travel with children. The issues didn't stop at check-in. Shortly after settling in, I discovered that one of our beds was broken. I immediately reported this to the hotel, expecting a prompt and professional response. Instead, the situation turned almost comical when the staff mistakenly delivered a baby cradle to our room. It took further explanation and unnecessary delays before the hotel offered a solution by proposing a move to a different floor. This sequence of events highlighted a concerning lack of attention to detail and poor communication within the staff. Our disappointment was compounded by the closure of the family pool and play area, amenities we specifically chose this hotel for. Despite assurances from the staff that the pool would soon reopen, it remained closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay. The staff's handling of this situation—providing us with shifting and ultimately inaccurate timelines—exemplified a serious lack of transparency and mismanagement. This experience has starkly illustrated the consequences of unprofessional staff behavior and inadequate management, particularly in a hospitality setting where guest satisfaction should be paramount. Future guests should be wary and consider confirming all hotel amenities and the state of their accommodations before arrival to avoid similar frustrations.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson blu Al ain, and I wanted to take a moment to commend the exceptional staff who made our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front desk team was incredibly efficient and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing valuable information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions. Special thanks to Hossam, Owais, Bopaiah, Anisha and Hsu for going above and beyond to accommodate our requests.Prasad and Harsha from the concierge for handling our baggage with care and also Sai kumar from the Valet parking.Dibesh, Naveed and Rosario in Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. I appreciated their attention to detail and the little touches that made our room feel welcoming and comfortable. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, offering excellent service and delicious meals. The breakfast buffet and dinner was a highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Manager Yasir and team members, Chef Arnab's Ribeye steak was simply delicious the best !! , Raveen for the yummy omelette ,Kaung, Jasuarpek, Ajith, chef wasil, ,sheila in particular stood out for their friendly demeanor and exceptional service.Overall, the staff at Radisson blu Al ain were instrumental in making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Their dedication to providing top-notch service is evident, and I look forward to returning in the future.Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Currently staying here in this property, we’ve just been staying for 1 night and I can say that this is the one of the worst hotel someone could stay at. Whilst the check-in was okay, the experience thereafter is just completely off. The hotel is completely outdated and the room smells like urinal we had to light up our own scented candle. Worst part came at night, the hot shower was not working, the toilet flush was not working, you’ll be lucky to get someone from the reception or operator to pick-up your call in 10 mins. We literally have to dial on our room phone and our mobile at the same time just to reach and speak to someone at the reception. Poor customer service, staff are inexperienced in handling guest complaints. We waited for the hot water to work as one of us were sick and needed a soothing bath. We were always being promised that it’ll get fixed after an one hour it never happened we had to call in several times it was a nightmare. After almost three hours of waiting the water heater was finally working but the water that comes our of the shower is dirty (brown color). We called the reception again and the answer we got was “you’re not the only guest who’s having problems with shower” (note that they answer outside calls but not calls from phone of in house guests so we had to dial in from our mobile-still it takes them minimum 10 minutes to pick-up a call you have to dial several times).

On a lighter note one engineering staff came to fix the toilet flush and the basin drain stopper. Housekeeping came in after more than a decade to bring in face towels that was had to soak in boiled hot water from the kettle just so we can soothe ourselves for the night because their shower facility is not...
