Hatta Royal House — Hotel in Dubai

The villa is really nice and extremely private. The only reason i gave it 3 stars was because the service wasn’t that great. We had 2 helpers and 1 was nice while the other seems slightly rude. Each room only had 1 towel even though it’s a room for 2 people. And when we asked for mole toilet paper and tissues we were told by the helper that she put all new rolls and boxes even though we could see they weren’t new. I feel like there should be a storage room with basic necessities like towels, toilet rolls, tissues, etc. open for the guests since the helper clearly doesn’t want to help. We had an absolutely delightful time ! The grounds are beautifully manicured and well maintained. The interior of the house is so beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The grounds keepers Rose and Faith were lovely and accommodating. So helpful in every way, making us feel at home. We had a great time in hatta royal house we will definitely come back for atleast 2 days. We ordered hot chocolate and it was worth it very tasty.
