Great Hotel, the stuff is amazing.. everything is cool :) love it
Edit: this now was the 2nd time I've stayed at Nikki Beach in Dubai (since it was this fabulous the last time)
here are some of my insights after staying there! Arrival: Our arrival was in the middle of the night, therefor it was quick, friendly and efficient - funnily enough, the check-in agent recognized us from the first time, something you usually only get in these small familiy hotels.
Room: Price/Value is in my opinion unbeatable - you get a generous room with different types of views, the standard (and cheapest rooms) get you skyline views, I mean how good is that?? Housekeeping is quick and does the job really well with cleaning, even if you are a messy person. 5/5
Breakfast: the breakfast was a workaround since COVID regulations were still in place. It was a nice solution with an a la carte menu and some pastry and fruits as a standard - the menu was good but some times I would have wished for some more exotic options, they might were able to cook them for me but I was usually too tired to ask 4/5
Pool: lovely and really empty - we were there from the 8.7-13.7.2021 and from like 9am until 1pm we usually had the pool for ourselfs entirely. The pool might not be the biggest but it was never packed, neither now or the last time we stayed. Poolboys are friendly and always bring you ice cold water if you want it :) 5/5
since I did not consume any dinner I can't review this but the pool-menu was extensive and sufficient for my needs.
Location: Phenomenal - and I mean that! 10min to the Dubai Mall, 5min to La Mer Beach, 15min to old Dubai?? and still having a superb Beach Resort with all the amenities needed - world class, only since 1 year there is an alternative to Nikki and its Mandarin Oriental, which is basically double the price.. bang for a buck
Concierge: we use the concierge once during our stay - we wanted to visit Hatta and therefore needed a rental car, upon request he handled this situation very professionally and extremely quickly (unfortunately I don't remember his name... sorry mate) he even negotiated the included kms on the rental so we didn't have to worry about overpaying.
Negative: there is one point which stood out to me to be ridiculous - the taxi handling situation! First time there were always Hala Taxis waiting outside of the resort so you could just jump in one and hop to the Dubai Mall or any other location you wished for. But now, for some reason there are no "hala" Taxis allowed anymore, only these unnecessary Lexus cars which are horrendously overpriced (you get asked at the Taxi stop in Dubai Mall everytime if you want a Lexus - It's usually tripple the price compared to a regular cab). If you insist on a regular Hala Taxi the guys outside of the hotel, or yourself if you have the Careem App, have to order you a Taxi which is now, since it's orderd online, 7AED more expensive. I know it's not much, but over the 5 days we were there we easily payed 80-90 AED just for the Cab premium..
But thats really the only downsight I had with staying at Nikki beach! Love to come back and will definitely come back sooner or later (also check out their other properties in Europe (Greece, Montenegro)...

From the moment we stepped into the opulent lobby until the day we reluctantly bid farewell, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of magical.
Our journey began with a seamless check-in process, where the courteous and attentive staff made us feel not just welcomed but truly special. The attention to detail was evident from the exquisite interior design to the personalized service that catered to the unique needs of both families and couples alike.
The rooms at the hotel were nothing short of luxurious. Spacious, elegantly furnished, and boasting breathtaking views of the city skyline, they provided the perfect sanctuary for relaxation and indulgence. The attention paid to the comfort and convenience of guests was evident in every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding to the state-of-the-art amenities.
One of the highlights of our stay was the culinary journey offered by the hotel's exquisite restaurants. Whether it was the lavish breakfast buffet or the fine dining experience in the evening, every meal was a symphony of flavors that left our taste buds tingling with delight. The diverse menu catered to every palate, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters in our group were left thoroughly satisfied.
The hotel's commitment to creating memorable celebrations was evident in every detail of the special event we hosted during our stay. The event coordination team went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our celebration, from the decorations to the menu, surpassed our expectations. Our friends and family were equally impressed, and the event became a cherished memory for everyone.
What truly sets it apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the dedicated team. The staff members demonstrated a level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care that is rare to find. Every request, no matter how small or intricate, was met with enthusiasm and efficiency. The team's dedication to ensuring our satisfaction made our stay not just comfortable but truly extraordinary.
The amenities and recreational facilities at the hotel were also impeccable. Whether it was lounging by the pristine pool, indulging in a spa treatment, or exploring the vibrant city of Dubai with the assistance of the hotel's concierge, every moment was filled with relaxation and joy.
In conclusion, our stay at NIKKI BEACH was a dream come true. It exceeded our expectations in every possible way, making it an ideal destination for families, couples, and groups of friends seeking a perfect blend of luxury and warmth. I cannot recommend NIKKI BEACH enough and extend my sincere thanks to the entire team for creating an experience that will remain etched in our memories for a lifetime.

Read moreThis was my worst experience dealing with Nikki beach resort Dubai . I booked through Agoda.com for 2 nights from 28 August till 30 August for 2 people ocean front resort . I was travelling from Canada and my brother from London and we are meeting each other after 2 years due to COVID .
We reached around 2 PM through a taxi and trying to look for the main entrance as taxi driver dropped us far as the entrance is not defined . We saw few people standing and we tried to wave them and told them we are looking for help . After waiting for 5 mins when we saw no one is approaching us and we are unable to find the entrance , we moved to the side where these people are standing and watching us struggling . We asked them about the entrance and they realized we are guest and picked our luggage . We got very upset how a famous resort can have such a hospitality foe newly arriving guests. The reception is located very weird . After moving through a dormitory it is on the left side and where we met Maria at the front desk . We told her about disrespectful welcome and told her we are feeling unwelcoming here . The place was very quite and the club house was closed as well. She did not even said a simple sorry for that and tried to book. My brother who is a doctor in London asked the Girl , the way we have received the treatment so far , it looks we will spoil our vacations that we do not want . Can we cancel our booking as we are highly dissatisfied so far on first 30 mins . She enquired from her seniors and told her our floor manager is not available but no problem and she will put notes and your reservation would be cancelled . She gave me a visiting card of Mr Mohammed Garoudi and write her name with pen on the card - We booked Hotel Armani at Burj Kahlifa for those 2 nights and informed Agoda for the treatment we received at Nikki . After 4 days , I enquired from agoda and they told me the hotel refused to compensate you as Agoda booked through another dealer of Nikki . I left messages from Mohammed 2 times and then able to talk to him . I told him the situation and he kept on hindering me to speak and told me about his years of experience working in hospitality and refused to do anything . When I told him , we came to the hotel and left due to your poor service , he told me that he will reply back which he never did . I tried contacting him through email and left him messages and he never returned back to me even after I spent 10 days of incidence . I have been ripped off for my CAD 1100 dollars for 2 nights . I am Travelling a lot due to nature of my business and staying in different hotels . I never had such a bad experience Really feeling frustrated and going to take up the matter to ombudsman as I...
