I recently stayed at The Meydan Hotel in Dubai and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious rooms and top-notch amenities. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit different palates, and the overall stay was comfortable. However, the hotel was quite empty during my visit, which took away some of the vibrant atmosphere I had hoped for. It's worth noting that the best time to visit The Meydan Hotel is during the horse racing season, from October to December. During this period, the hotel and surrounding area come alive with excitement and energy, making for a more engaging and lively experience. One downside to my stay was the behavior of some staff members. Unfortunately, I encountered instances of uncooperative and racist behavior towards non-Arab guests. This was disappointing and impacted the overall experience negatively. I hope the hotel management addresses these issues to ensure a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests. Overall, while there are some areas that need improvement, The Meydan Hotel has a lot to offer, especially if you visit during the bustling horse racing season.

I booked 2 Ramadan staycation rooms for myself and family. The check in and check out process was very easy. The counter staff were extremely good. The Service was very good. Hattsoff to Caroline. She was a great help.We got Room Nos 919 & 920 which were clean and good. The iftaar was served in OUMSIAT with signature ifaar dishes, the Suhoor was set menu served in the room (English Breakfast with bread,, fresh juices,Cheese, fruits, vegetables, sausages etc). We used the swimming ppol in the 12th floor. Free parking is also available. During my booking process I had few questions and needs clarification. Ms. RAIZA from Room reservations gave me excellent support ad answered to all my queries and also accepted my request for an early check in. Her support and patience in listerning to my queries as well as answering to all my questions are much appreciated. Excellent service.

I want to tell you about my stay at this hotel for 6 nights. In this hotel, the entire service of the park is in the form of valet, when we entered the lobby with a very large lip, high ceiling and very professional behavior. After a short time, we put the key to the room and we entered the room, the room is big and perfect for 3 people, we also asked for crib to be given to us free of charge. It was strange that we only had a kettle and an espresso maker in the room with the mini that empties the barney if it had a price. Dishes room and spoons and forks were not available in a 5-star hotel.The breakfast service was excellent. The food in the restaurant had a pleasant taste like breakfast. Overall, I had a good stay and made a good memory for us, but it is expected that they observe some points.

I want to tell you about my stay at this hotel for 6 nights. In this hotel, the entire service of the park is in the form of valet, when we entered the lobby with a very large lip, high ceiling and very professional behavior. They fed us with cold towels and syrup. After a short time, we put the key to the room and we entered the room, the room is big and perfect for 3 people, we also asked for crib to be given to us free of charge. It was strange that we only had a kettle and an espresso maker in the room with the mini that empties the barney if it had a price. Dishes room and spoons and forks were not available in a 5-star hotel.The breakfast service was excellent. The food in the restaurant had a pleasant taste like breakfast. Overall, I had a good stay and made a good memory for us, but it is expected that they observe some points.

We stayed with family in the presidential suite, when we entered everything was looking perfect, after we settled down a bit, we started noticing the things. the centre table glass was broken, the kettle electric kettles and the coffee machine was not working because there was no electricity into those sockets. TV was not aligned properly to the wall, the home Theatre system which was supposed to connect it with the TV was not connected and the wires were everywhere. then we went inside towards the bedroom again everything was looking very good, I switched on the TV and found out again the home Theatre system was not connected with the TV, thank God this time the wire was not out, going to the bathrooms, jacuzzi was outdated and found few things were missing from there. when I try to take shower the drainage system was totally blocked, the water was flowing out of bathrooms. It was too dirty to think this. How you feel when, you are showering in your own debris. I called the electrician which arrived quite late for the electric kettle and the coffee machine sockets, the guy came and open that lock door for the where the main circuit board was available and switched it on the key in the MCB board. after three minutes when I started on the machine to have a coffee again the key went down. I asked the guy again and I told him please give me the key of this door so I can keep it on then he say no it will not go down do not worry, it really didn't go down for almost two hours and then again it went off, looking at their pathetic services I was not having the courage to call the guy back because I know he will waste over one hour. we asked him to connect to home Theatre system, after juggling a lot he found out the woofer of the system is faulty, he changed the woofer from the other room and brought it out and after a lot of difficulties the guy somehow connected the woofer I'm sure he was not knowing about the home Theatre system but somehow he did something and it was working. I ordered room service and we ordered a food around 100 US dollars and to my surprise the lady who took the order she asked me how would you like to pay the machine or the cash I was so surprised never in any hotel in the world and their two to the presidential suite when you are paying almost 4000 US dollars somebody will ask you that how would like to pay I was really I seemed and was very very surprised that how they are treating their guests, however when the food arrived they forgot the dinner plates, and when we ordered for the dinner plates and the dinner plates arrived somehow all of us was finished 70% of the food so the dinner plates were not useful for us. the two-kind person I found in the hotel world Mr John on the front desk and Miss Zym (I think) in the restaurant for the breakfast. the hotel is running you can feel there is no coordination between the two teams as we told the breakfast is till 11 and then We reach at the restaurant at 10:40 we were told that buffet is closed at 10:30 again we were very surprised but miss ZYM was very kind to accommodate us. The Accessories which they are using for the guest in the bathrooms are very very cheap like a Chinese brand, in fact the shaving pick it what they had given was so bad but after shaving I had the bumps. I strongly recommend if you are going to stay in this hotel take your own accessories with you don't depend on their ’s what they give. Good luck everybody!! We have requested for elect late checkout at 1:00 PM but they started calling us since 12:00 PM they called us three times that we have to go I do not understand we already have once we have requested them that we are going to leave at 1:00 pm then why they were calling us for three times I think they have a strong lack of coordination between the teams the system required to be set up in the hotel so everybody get synced between them.

We were at the Racecourse, and we were treated so well and with kindness. Thank you for making our experience at the racecourse so special. Myself amd Noel from Ireland both want to thank especially Mumishida and Anup, both were so hospitable and so kind. They listen to what you need and make sure that you are satisfied with the service. Thank you both Mumishida and Anup. We will definitely be back again. So special and beautiful people. Thanks again. Fantastic and luxurious Hotel with the best staff in the world. Our stay at the Meydan hotel was truly amazing. Mr Mohamed shawky was so welcoming and always ensuring we were enjoying our stay at the hotel The Front office manager Mohamed Ibrahim is very helpful and always had time to ensure we had everything we needed.

We would both be so looking forward each morning to go to the Farrirs restaurant for breakfast, where Mohamed would always greet us with a smile, chat and ask how is our stay not only in the hotel but in Dubai. Mohamed and the staff in restaurant would always make sure we were attended to, their hospitality is the best we have experienced anywhere from all all our travels around the world. Amazing. The highlight of our evening stays was the race nights where Pasidu greeted us on arrival and saw that we were attended to on race night. So professional and helpful. We enjoyed race night and Pasidu made it extra special. Our Rooms were always amazing and thank you to Mr. Yaqoob who always ensured we had anything we needed. The Housekeeping Attendants-Punya/Aashiq/Kyaw all wonderful. And their Supervisors , I want to thank Rohitash and farhan. After a day out in Dubai, we loved to come back to our rooms. The house keeping staff were so professional and anyone we met they were so courteous and kind- always with a smile.

The icing on the cake and the number 1 reason we always go back to the Meydan hotel is Haris. A fantastic kind hearted member of the Meydan team. We stayed a total of 9nights, Haris is the reason. He would sometimes call to our table at breakfast to make sure we were having a wonderful stay at the Meydan and Dubai and Would give recommendations what to do where to go, how to get there. He is so loyal to the Meydan and to the staff. Thank you Haris. And we will be back soon and would love to meet the staff again. The friendly and professional staff is the reason we go to the Meydan and to Dubai. Hospitality and amazing staff. Thank you Meydan. So looking forward to seeing you all again.

From the moment we arrived, your staff greeted us with warmth and made us feel incredibly welcome. I have had the pleasure of dining in numerous establishments around the world, and I must say that Meydan Hotel has truly surpassed my expectations.

I would like to commend your team for going above and beyond to ensure that our dinner with my family was not only comfortable but also unforgettable. The table set-up was impeccable, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality.
